Ordered my pizza on New York crust, light sauce and well done. Was right before closing and so maybe they were upset about it but I did pick it up before they closed but it’s almost like they were teaching me a lesson because there was more than normal amounts of sauce and it was undercooked, the little bit of cheese was not even melted on the hand tossed crust, I had to bake it more at home and add cheese. When I called the next day the rude girl I talked to was very short with me and said I didn’t order it well done tho it said on receipt well done light s as ice, after a brief hold she returned and said they would mail me a fifty certificate…I asked if I could just have it replaced today and she said they do not do things like that and I’d have it in 1-2 weeks. Terrible service very disappointed.

Mediocre food at mid to high price, and also, what on earth is this mushed up crunch cake. And i wish i had taken a ohoto, but the pizza had melted on to the top of the box as well. I had placed the lava cakes in the freezer to firm up, hadnt even thought to check, oull them out the next day and they are all mashed. And dont say it was delivery, you guys are right down the road, aint no sharp turns or nothin. Sad

Food is fine, but more than once when I order a drink with my delivery, the drink is forgotten and it is impossible to get through the customer service labyrinth to get this simple mistake corrected. I’m tired of having a side of frustration with every pizza!

This is not the first time I have had a wrong order from this dominos but this is ridiculous can't even cut a pizza in triangles. The first time I ordered from here they got my order wrong and then took another hour to make it right. But this is stupid

The order placed online was sent to the wrong location from the one that was selected. It took about 45 minutes to get to the correct location all the way across town we called on the way to let them know and they said they would make us new pizzas. Then when we got there, the pizzas were cold. But they told us that they had just come out of the oven. Not to mention that they didn't have the receipt when we got there and weren't sure what the order was so they opened all the boxes and we're very confused about the whole thing. Terrible customer service and no accountability. They didn't know what they were doing. They also charged us full price for 3 1 topping medium pizzas, which should have been $6.99 each. They said that they would refund the card, which of course nothing has been done four days later. Terrible.

Jessie, who took my call, was absolutely amazing and didn't mind working with me to get it to them since technically I had no address to give. She was wonderful and I won't hesitate to order from this Dominos site again. Thanks for everything Jessie :)

I always order buffalo sauce on my pizza and they always forget to add it. I ordered carryout twice and was able to go back in and ask for sauce, but this time it was delivered without sauce. The people there are always nice but it's disappointing to consistently be missing the same topping.

We came here May 8th at 12am. We had never been to this location because it isn't close to our home. The power was out at the Dominos close to us that we usually go to. The large pizza we got here was excellent, there was a lot of toppings and it was delicious. We saw a worker working hard cleaning the floor. The man that brought our pizza out was friendly and professional. This is an excellent Dominos 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕 Thank you!

The worst of the worst. Completely forgot to bring me my food. Watched her drive by my house and she eventually went back to the store. I called the store, the guy told me she was in fact there and wasn't sure why she didn't deliver my food? I then had to ask if she was going to bring my food, thankfully he said yes. When the good finally does arrive, there is no ranch (that I paid extra for) and no buffalo sauce on my buffalo wings. I love dominoes, but this was so bad I'm actually scared to eat food from there. And no, this food looked so bad i just threw it away.
