I made the mistake of ordering on line. I showed up to pick up my order at the time it said. They didn't even have it in the oven for at least 10 minutes after I paid for it.

I've been ordering here in my times of NEED throughout middle, high, and college schools. I've always had nice people and the place is awesome. I probably have had over thousands of dollars of orders possibly and I've never had a bad experience here.
Vegetarian options: Why the hell is it asking me vegetarian options, this is a pizza place smh OF COURSE THERES OPTIONS HOLY CHRIST

We ordered online for delivery like always. Everything seemed good until the text alert said driver was pulling in... but no one showed up. A few minutes later my phone rings and it's the driver saying he's not coming. Supposedly the computer system messed up sending our order to the wrong store for our address and they want us to call the other store to reorder and that store is about to close. I tell him you've already taken payment off my card and I don't have enough money to reorder at a different location. And we all know the refund from my messed up order will not be refunded for at least 24 hours. The "manager" seems iratated by this and begging to loudly huff. He says that's all he can do is transfer my order if the other store let's him. I then ask if I can just come pick it up. He again huffs loudly and says if you want to. I say of course because it saves everyone the hassle. He gets quite. And I ask how long before it's done. He then states its already done . I said ok thank you I'll see u soon. He says nothing and just hangs up. I'm confused and disappointed by this whole situation. I will never order from that store again no matter where I'm at.

I always get the correct order from this Dominoes. I've been ordering from here for a while, and the pizza is always good. The atmosphere inside is never busy, and quite nice. Recommend.
I wanted dominos super bad and I walk in to pay for my online order and the card readers were not working. They said the card readers were gonna be down until they close. I am super hungry and dominos sounded amazing and i only had 5 dollars in cash on me and my order was 11.56. Absolutely ridiculous on a saturday night at dominos. Everyone got screws over fix your system please holy.

If you like a sub par pizza this is the place for you! Ordered and paid for a pizza online and wasn’t given the pizza until I handed the driver $30 cash. I called the store and from front staff, manager, to general manager I have come to the conclusion that this so called pizza operation is nothing but a hoax! Also if you don’t want a $60 pizza not the place for you… if I wasn’t starving the original price was no where near worth it never mind getting involved with the staff. Honestly just surprised dominoes still allows these fools to use there names

I’ll go somewhere that doesn’t have this stupid regulation, even if the only one is across town it’s worth it then this crap. Ever heard of give them the pickle? Look it up, maybe you’ll learn how to take care of customers.
