Im not gonna lie.....dominos got wayyyyyyyy better deals than pizza hut...especially online.....they always have coupons and 50 percent off deals....and they make.it right of they mess your pizza up....love em....pizza hut expensive and greasy...

I walked in and placed a to go order. When I was greeted the gentleman at the register asked for a name for the order, which of course I gave a name I placed my order. Everything was fine until I get home and open my boxes 3 pizzas and a stuffed cheese bread burnt to a crisp completely inedible. Now management says because he didn't take a phone number they are not willing to make it right at all

Pizza got here on time around 7pm but who ever cook it should not be cooking nothing. I ordered a thin & crispy with everything, it was the nastiest pizza I've ever ate🤢🤢 it was all dried out, burnt on all sides it looked like it had been sitting out in the sun for days, cheese was rubberized sauce was dried almost to dust, very little toppings it was soooooo over cooked the topping was probably turned to dust, except for the sausage, I will never be a customer of them again, this is the second time that this had happened

He was very nice and was honest he messed up and forgot the drinks, really not an issue as first but he was 20 minutes late with our order. He said he’d be back with drinks and we waited about 25 more minutes on him to return and didn’t. Called the store and they said he would take it to us after another delivery after waiting for so long. We ended up waiting all together about 45 minutes for him to get us our drink he originally forgotten. Some bs service in my opinion.

It sucks because I used to buy pizza 3-4 days a week from y'all.
Funny part about all this is..
Domino's Pizza used to literally have 100+ people daily store for store getting pizza.
It's only a couple dozen a day now per location.
They can try to say that it's not that way but then they're just lying about their numbers.
It mainly comes down to being overpriced.
That's why people leave and they don't return it's not worth their money.

I've always had really good luck with this location. The food has always been delivered as ordered, hot, and has always appeared to be prepared as if they were preparing their own food. The few times I've had to go into the store, all of the employees have been in good moods, making their jobs enjoyable, and creating a great environment for customers. The only issue I've ever had is with the apparent struggle to follow the instructions on your account for delivery. In my experience this is a great location that is staffed with great people.
