This sounds petty I know but it was the principal of it. I ordered delivery and it came in a timely manner and was hot and delicious, but I paid cash and when I paid the driver left without offering my change. When I called customer service and made them aware the GM called me to understand the issue better. He even sent me vouchers for free pizza! I was gonna tip the guy anyway so it wasn’t about the money, it was just the principle of the matter and I wasn’t even looking for free food, all I was looking for was a learning experience for that driver. I haven’t had many experiences with this store but so far so good, even when there was an issue! The GM is awesome, wish I remembered his name😔

Last time I went will be indeed the last time. I ordered 2 pizzas, I threw away half of it due to little to no cheese on my pizza. It tasted like a microwaved burned cracker with American cheese on it. Horrible

I refuse to go here. They never have napkins and act like their condiments are gold. I'm buying your main product. The condiments are to season that product. I don't pay more for salt and pepper? So now I just don't go to this location. Why would I pay extra when there is a different pizza place on every corner here.

This was, by far, the best pizza we have had in Springfield or the surrounding area in years. Yes, you read that right. We ordered The Works Pizza with green peppers on one half, my eating companion doesn't like them, and picked up in the drive thru, the pizza was hot and fresh, the toppings were perfect, flavorful, the service was fantastic, I can't say enough about how good our experience was. If you haven't eaten at Domino's lately in Springfield, this isn't Domino's of old, trust me, you're going to love it.
