When we moved into our new place in south Springfield, we learned the hard way that only Domino's delivers to our address, which also explains why I constantly see Domino's delivery drivers in our neighborhood.
Having despised my pizza experience at other Springfield Domino's locations, I refused to order pizza anymore. If we wanted pizza, we either kept a frozen one stocked at home, or we went out of our way to pick it up elsewhere.
Last month my in-law's came to visit and wanted pizza for dinner but scratched the effort of us going to pick it up and insisted on delivery, so we placed a Domino's order online. I was pleasantly blown away! Not only did dinner arrive at a reasonable time, and not only was the driver super friendly, but dinner actually arrived hot! Like, fresh from the oven hot. It wasn't dripping grease, and ✨️ most amazingly✨️, they didn't skimp on the toppings!!
So last week when my husband and I deep cleaned in preparation for 20 family members visit for a combined celebration of my father-in-law's birthday and our family Christmas, he and I ordered Domino's to get us through our cleaning night.
And when the family wanted pizza for the birthday boy's dinner, we scrapped his original request of picking up Imo's and instead entrusted our order to Domino's delivery, and once again, it was a perfect experience.
With their extended Cyber Monday deal of 50% off the menu, we thankfully were able to order 10 medium pizzas for $93.60 incisive of taxes, tip, and delivery fee. Being reduced to a single income household, we rarely eat out, and the holiday season has become stressfully tight. Receiving quality at a discount is a rarity and the exact reason for my review today.
I still won't patronize the other Domino's locations in Springfield, but I am very, very glad to be in the delivery radius of this Domino's location.

But who ever delivered my pizza this afternoon was rude and not nice at all he have me and my other employee a mean look all because I did not give him a time since I literally used my only 20 to get my and my employee food

I could honestly give a half star. Ordered bacon stuffed cheese bread without jalapeños and there was practically no bacon. They told us they there was a charge for extra when there is nothing that was extra. Oh and don’t get any dipping sauce because when you do they up-charge your whole meal. It’s getting ridiculous. You speak with the manager and all they do is argue with you. What great customer service. Will no be using them again.

We usually have a good experience, but sadly paid for 5 toppings and didn't receive the bacon we paid for on our pizza. Considering the cost of food these days, it's sad when you don't get what you pay for.

every time I order a pizza with the buffalo sauce as an added topping it looks like they just sneezed some on top of it but if you order their speciality buffalo pizza they put it on thick and it pisses me off lol

I have had multiple pizzas messed up at this Dominos location (South Campbell). The staff here is extremely SLOPPY with their toppings and cutting their pizzas.
About a month ago, I ordered a large Brooklyn/NY pizza with half Italian sausage and half Pepperoni. That pizza had Italian sausage on 1/3 of the pizza and that's being generous when I say it was 1/3. That pizza also was cut with a chain saw apparently because it was not even slices at all and had multiple slices that had both Pepperoni and Italian sausage. I marched myself up there to fix this one.
Tonight, they were a mess with their toppings. Tonight, I ordered a large Brooklyn with half Italian sausage and half Pepperoni & garlic. For anyone who has tried their garlic topping, it goes very well with Pepperoni but makes the Italian sausage taste pretty awful. This pizza had garlic ALL OVER Italian sausage but not the entire pizza. It was pretty obvious the garlic was just thrown around. Maybe it's my mistake for ordering this pizza how I like it and expecting them not to get the garlic on the wrong half of the pizza. It was a long work day so I did not have the energy to march up there to fix this issue.
All in all, I LOVE Dominos pizza and this is mostly a negative review on this specific Dominos location and the trends I've noticed of poor quality pizzas being produced here. It's very disappointing that they can't make pizzas how they are ordered here.
