every time i walk into the store i am immediately welcomed and assisted with my order. you can’t go wrong with any item off the menu. it is all super delicious and healthy!! the owners & workers are extremely attentive and even remember my order every time! highly recommend for a sweet treat, reward, or energy boost!!! Ordered and they cancelled my WHOLE order just due to being out of boba. Why lose my entire order for something I would have been fine with? I tried to call but the number is a cell phone and went right to voicemail. Super disappointed.Edit: because the genuine and kind owner response, this place clearly deserves a second chance. I can’t rate the food since I’ve not had it, but the owner is telling me the truth, I see the missed calls and this response was kind.The dasher did sound like an idiot sooo…. Thanks for the response ❤️
