Black haired girl was very rude and took my brand new ID that I just got renewed and made me call the police just to tell them my id is REAL don’t go here if you got a new id. And their machines don’t work clearly because the officer told me that this is a reoccurring problem here. Thankfully the officer took time out of his night to deal with this crap.

Went with some friends tonight and the girl who served us wasn't very friendly off the bat. Not rude but just seemed displeased. I don't know her name but she had shoulder length black hair. I originally only got a cranberry juice since I'm under 21 (which was 4 dollars for a tiny cup!) but friends got more food and drinks. Felt like she avoided coming over, people had to go to the bar to put in orders multiple times and people in the back of the booth were skipped entirely for orders. I'm a server myself and I get it when you're tired but in general I think she just could've been a lot more nicer, ya know, how you make tips. Also got kicked out since I'm under 21 after 12 but heard that she autogratted some people twice sooooo...I'll come back but would definitely request a different server

Great atmosphere, great food and a decent beer selection. All of the food was scrumptious and served by a wonderfully friendly and professional waitress. Only negative mark is I ordered fish and chips and the fries were extremely salty. Surprising since there is salt at the table to add if what it's prepared with is not enough. It's the only item I had to leave on the plate.

Fun little restaurant, which is more sports bar than an Irish pub. I had the mac n cheese with chicken. The chicken was pretty overcooked, but the mac n cheese was delicious. Super creamy and cheesy. I'd go again. The person I was with had the fish n chips and said they were really good. I do wish I would have ordered the Scottish eggs.

They took out big buck hunter. Makes me sad. Super frustrated. Food, drink, and service is great though.

Went for dinner and a drink tonight around 5:00. It was empty except for another couple at the bar only having drinks and a bar table having drinks. The girl behind the bar acted like she could care less. We asked for Blue Moons, they came with no orange, we asked for them and she said I’ll see if we have any, didn’t seem to care. We ordered an appetizer, we had no plates or silverware, napkins. She acted put out when we asked for them. The food was great, beer cold. But service was terrible. It definitely wasn't because it was busy. Will probably not come back. The Battlefield location has great service.

Been a few times. Burgers, scotch eggs, loaded tots always good. The alfredo mac was pretty bland. This service was unusually poor my last visit. Wait service was extremely slow. Hate the new method of payment on the digital pad that waitress sticks in your face and watches while u decide the tip. Kinda feel pressured. I paid cash, was told a total amount, never saw any form of receipt... please go back to the old method. Print a receipt and leave it on the table. Pick it up with your tip after I leave. I know this is becoming the norm, but as a customer I hate it.

10 stars! The food was SO good! We got the fried pickles (crispy breading on sliced pickles, not medallions), cottage pie (omg), and a burger piled with all kinds of stuff. Our waitress was so kind. It was a Monday and the Chiefs were playing so the sound was on. It wasn't crazy loud, actually enjoyable.

The atmosphere and customer service at the Battlefield location was outstanding! We were instantly greeted with a smile and the girl that waited on us was very helpful and gave many recommendations. The Buffalo Mac & Cheese was the best I’ve had! Will definitely be coming back!
