DO NOT RECOMMEND. Trying to get a refund for what feels like forever. I made an app order in June 2023. Manager quit, said she told the owner, just a buck pass. Corporate tried contacting owner too.

My wife and I recently visited the Dunkin on Glenstone in Springfield Missouri. We ordered a black iced coffee with no ice and received a cup of coffee that was filled maybe 5/8ths of the way up. I asked the guy running the drive through if he could fill the cup all the way up and we were told that Dunkin’ policy was to adjust the amount of coffee due to the lack of ice. Dunkin’ is our preferred coffee spot and we’ve been to Dunkin’s all over the country and have never had this issue. The person at the drive through was also extremely argumentative with us. I’ve attached pictures for reference. We also visited the Moore Oklahoma location the following day and placed an order for a cold brew little ice and a iced coffee no ice. As can be seen in the picture these coffees were filled to the lid. This is about the silliest way to save money. The way coffee is brewed I can’t image these few ounces of coffee would amount to any significant difference to this Dunkin’s bottom line. What’s even worse is the fact that the gentleman workin the drive through has an extremely poor attitude. If I could rate this place negative stars I would.

Absolutely terrible experience every time I've gone but one time, The younger girls are always so rude and short and have an attitude no matter what is said or done I went through today and was greeted immediately with attitude and told that they can't ring me up for something when in fact they can because I literally did it yesterday, I tried to use my coupon and was having issues with the app and the girl with freckles all over face was the one who took my order and was being rude this whole time was just sitting there huffing and puffing and acting like it was such an inconvenience to her I don't think I'll be coming back. She's like this every time so there's just no point

I was informed that I could not make a purchase because they only take 1 order per car. I now must find someone else willing to serve me. This was my first experience with Dunkin.

Ordered a large iced coffee with no ice. They handed me a half filled cup. When I asked if they could fill it up, they said they are following the “Dunkin standards” and refused to fill it with more coffee. I mentioned other Dunkin’s I’ve been to don’t do this and I go to Dunkin every week and they said every other Dunkin is not operating to the “Dunkin standard.” ? When I pushed more, they said they would fill the rest with ice and that’s it.
They are literally cheating their customers and admitting to not providing the amount of coffee you are paying for. I paid for a large iced coffee and received half of what I paid for and was given horrible customer service when I challenged it.

Went there to get my usual iced coffee and every time I say light ice it’s no problem but this time
. They said if we do light ice, you’re gonna be missing some coffee in your drink I don’t think that’s cool at all cause if I’m paying five dollars for Coffee I want it to be a fully large

I waited in line for over 10 minutes inside mind you and wasn't acknowledged. I understand you are busy but I have worked customer service jobs before, and you need to just say "hello it will be a few minutes." Smile something. Then your giving me attitude saying, "well as you can see we are busy"?! Excuse me for inconveniencing you, but it really doesn't take but 1-2 seconds to say jusy a moment or something! Not planning on going back.

Left was light ice, I completely understand there will be SOME space with light ice. However, that’s an excessive amount of space. No sips were taken at the time.
Right; did not request light ice. There was STILL space. Dunkin' this is unacceptable.

My wife placed a DoorDash order for donuts and the store confirmed the order. When the dasher got to the store they were told the store was out of donuts. How does a donut place run out of donuts?? They never should have confirmed the order and wasted the dashers time if they knew they were out of donuts.
