3:30pm hardly any donuts left, I was the only customer but the 2 girls behind the counter seemed in a hurry to get rid of me. Very poor customer service

I walk in all 5 employees standing around talking. I said I am ready to order we will be right with you and go back to talking about their night. The manager that day was part of it. I finally get my order of donuts for my family and what do you know all the donuts are stale and I took back in and manger of the day said you need to come earlier for fresh donuts. I said it is 6am how much earlier? I should sit on door until you open. Manager responded yes you should. Of course no refund on the dozen stale donuts and 3 breakfast sandwiches with looks like frozen nasty eggs on them that were not completely cooked. I grew up with Dunkin Donuts never came across a store like this location.

This is the WORST Dunkin in Springfield, MO.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this location has become consistently disappointing and unsafe for customers with medical needs.

I am a Type 1 diabetic, and I come to Dunkin’ specifically because they offer sugar-free syrup options. This is not about preference, it’s about health.

I order the same drink every time. I ask for extra pumps of sugar-free vanilla, and for months I was never charged extra, until one specific employee began charging me inconsistently, while still making the drink incorrectly. Even after paying more, the drink comes out with little to no syrup, making it bitter and not at all what was ordered.

What’s most frustrating isn’t the charge, it’s the lack of care. When the drink is wrong and I explain why it matters, the response is dismissive. No effort to fix it. No concern that this isn’t just a “sweet preference,” but something that directly impacts blood sugar and health.

If a customer asks for a specific drink modification, especially for medical reasons, it should be taken seriously. Consistency, accuracy, and basic customer service are nonnegotiable.

I’ve been loyal to Dunkin’ for years, but this location’s poor service and indifference has made me realize it’s time to stop coming altogether. I truly hope management or corporate addresses this, because it reflects poorly on the brand as a whole.

I ordered a dozen donuts from this location mostly for my kids, I love jelly donuts although I don’t eat donuts very much but when I do it’s jelly. Idk who bakes and fills the donuts at this location but all my jelly donuts were almost empty! It was filled to the size of an actual quart! I paid almost $18 for that box! The donuts also didn’t taste very fresh at all. I won’t be returning to buy anything here. It’s overpriced and low quality. I thinking they have way too many teenagers that don’t care about anything and they are also very rude at this location!

Rude kids! Not friendly at all!!! I went to the drive-thru, placed my order and when I get up there they hand me a bag and then walk away. So I think my whole order is in there and drive off because that's the amount of communication I got from them. I got down the road, looked in my bag and my whole order wasn't there. I had to go back and get it. When I asked them why didn't you tell me you will be right back with the rest of my order? They said I should have checked the bag. While obviously I can't trust a drive-thru, I should check the bag but it would be nice to have some communication there from the employees which said nothing to me when I first came through. They just handed me the bag. No greeting, no smile, no words at all. Does anyone care about customer service? If you want to start your day off in a good way, definitely don't go by here! No wonder no one else was at the store.

I have ordered two online orders within a month and a half if that and I work at a job down the road from them at kraft . Will I get my breakfast there and it seems like every time I get pick up my order the lady is so damn rude. Like they don't want to work in the mornings then why are they working. I got my order on Thursday and I tell what it it's just I don't know anymore. I'd rather go to somewhere else that has donuts and coffee care about the price. I care about the atmosphere I care about employees handling my money and my food. But it just seems like either they're not happy to be at work or they're not happy cuz they're not making enough money or what the hell's going on but something's got to change man. It's ridiculous. I got my online order this last time I didn't get a receipt yes it's on my phone okay. I still want my receipt so I want to check make sure it was right even if it's on my phone because I don't want them to say well if you don't have a receipt we can't replace your food. And my friend that I work with he's the one that was driving the car so she had him the food and basically just just rude as hell didn't even say good morning didn't ask if we need anything else or if we want anything else she just hated him the food and shut the window

Hey I'm still sitting at the speaker in the drive through. Did you forget about me?

Trust the reviews. I hate complaining and often try to support local businesses. Dunkin’ Donuts is a chain I appreciate and have loved for decades.

This location has disappointed significantly.

Lead #1 working at 11:20am on 04/27/25 didn’t want to deal with anything and passed it on to another lead. Ariana had no more desire to deal with anything.

I placed an order via Door Dash. They had 2 of 35 total products ordered. Rather than substituting and or canceling the order. They sent it and made no edits to the total amount.

I was charged for the full amount only while only getting 2 products. Valued at 10% of the total amount.

The two leads on staff could not be bothered to assist or even attempt to contact the manager Katie. Even attempting to not share the managers name.

Instead there were worries about the rush they were currently dealing with. (Rushing to serve items they didn’t have?)

In any case I hope Katie does contact me and if she does I’d happily adjust this review accordingly.

The two leads on staff said this is on Door Dash to correct. They stated the Dasher should have compensated us or contacted DoorDash for the items Dunkin’ could not provide. Stating they had no way to reject the order, they had no iPad to share that they had no products. (We ordered donuts)

How would DoorDash be responsible for your inability to provide the products? Please know that I understand running out of things.

What I don’t understand is completing that order at full price despite providing 10% of the items charged for.

How is this on DoorDash? How would they know without accurate info from your store, that you didn’t have the items?

If you personally purchased 100% of a product and was in turn delivered 10%. Would you say “Oh no problem, I’m happy to pay 100% for 10% of said product?”

If your boss said hey sorry we don’t have enough to pay you 100% of your paycheck, but here is 10%. And no we won’t be giving you the 90% you actually worked for, are you going to just say, oh no worries, I understand.”

Yet both leads couldn’t be bothered to attempt to work towards a resolution. Even going as far as attempting to not share their names.

I do hope Katie and I can have a conversation. Thank you for reading this far.

Very friendly staff. You can even park your bobtail in the back

Whoever the new crew is are not very good at doing their jobs! My food was burnt, my drink was not made correctly and the tables and floor were dirty and the bathrooms were disgusting. Best advise go spend your money at some other coffee shop!
