The helpers were kind and chatty and helpful. Coffee good. Pastries looked good and I purchase or eat any. It was a surprise to see a Dunkin and a Baskin Robbins together.

Store is clean and nice. Sometimes it's difficult to feel wanted, other times the workers are super friendly and helpful...Hash browns were a soggy disappointment... But the empanada was very nice....The latte was blueberry pecan, it was berry okay....

This Dunkin location is in need of new management. I have never had a problem at the other two in town yet consistently have issues here. Wrong drinks made, mobile orders not ready after 30+ minutes, no response at the drive thru box while it’s obviously not busy(3pm with no cars in the drivethur or parking lot).If I’m near the other Dunkin’s I’ll probably keep giving them a chance but this one(right by my house) I won’t be going to anymore.

I have been ordering here a lot lately. Today I order ahead as I have been recently. I pull up to the drive-thru speaker the automated message comes on I hear nothing. There's someone in the other lane ordering they drive on I continue to sit and wait I say hello a few times I hear nothing. Another car pulls up in the other lane they have a mobile order they get spoken to immediately and told to pull around. I back up and pull up again to trigger the automated message. A live person comes on and says "hi, welcome to Dunkin I will be with you momentarily" I kindly reply that I have a mobile order and I will be pulling around. I am asked my name and I give it! Here's the part where I get offended. The person working decides to say nothing, zero, zilch to me. I'm guessing they were offended?!? Because I wanted to get my food in a timely manner? Don't be rude to me, the paying customer, because y'all are not on top of your game. SO this is a request for management/owners!! Please train your help to treat your patrons with respect. A simple thank you for choosing Dunkin have a nice day will go a long way.

I was the only customer at the store. No one else in drive thru or inside. I tried to oder assorted donuts and only tried to request 2 out of the dozen be vanilla frosting on top. And they stated I have to go inside to make any requests at out on the dozen donuts. I have done this several times and told him no one has ever Made me before. He says they haven't done that in the 11 months that he has worked there but in my years of buying never has that issue. Today he lost you a customer

Slow slow slow. They need more workers and somebody who can think ahead with some critical thinking and management skills. Not sure how you have to be completely out of coffee before you brew new coffee. Waiting in line for 10 minutes for a hot coffee just be told to pull forward so they can brew “fresh” coffee. Waste of time for mediocre 3$ coffeeEdit: waited a total of 15 minutes just for them to bring me a medium and I paid for a large. Talk about starting your day off on the wrong foot. Never going back to this place EVER

when their open their good. what pisses me off twice I pulled up to kiosk and voice says will be with you in a minute and you wait 5 minutes and decide to pull up to window and people inside cleaning so must be closed at 7 o'clock at night on Saturday. I remember Dunkin donuts open early closing late. great drinks use to have great donuts but if not open customer is not happy. if you see what I liked better isn't nothing because I didn't get anything

Been coming to Dunkin for years and dude tried to sell me a small cold brew and a shot for $6.15. I rarely get the small version I always get the large with TWO shots of espresso and it’s never more than 7 dollars. They were absolutely not busy. I inquired about price and dude caught the most major attitude calling me ma’am saying THATS THE PRICE. Do you WANT THE LARGE? Like tone x10. I’m sorry you work at Dunkin, bro, maybe go work at 7Brew instead. Dude had full arm sleeves and no personality. Edit: also I wasn’t rude when I asked about price. I very kindly said “oh, did you get a small? That seems wrong” and then he fed me attitude. I am in a perfectly good mood lol

I genuinely hate leaving bad reviews, especially for a chain considering it likely doesn’t make a difference but I’m actually exhausted HA! I’ve had three different visits where they didn’t put espresso in my drink. I get the same drink 2-3 times a week so I’m certain I’m not being dramatic. Today I finally decided to go back around and ask for them to remake it (big deal for me). She was nice enough but challenged me lightly saying “That’s probably just how it tastes…”. I tried to explain myself kindly and repeatedly apologized to them. They remade the drink with genuine spite because it was insanely bitter, as if they double the espresso in it. Almost as if they were thinking “She’ll definitely taste it now” ya know? I didn’t make a fuss or ask for a refund but still was treated as if I was out of line. :(
