I got the smasher burger or whatever it's called. I didn't care much for it. I ate it in my truck. I did get fast, polite service at one of their ordering slots.

I sat in the drive through for almost 5 mins at 5:29 right at open, and no one acknowledged I was there and had to be at work right after. Sure enough I get tired of waiting and don’t have time and I pull around to leave and the girl working is just sitting down playing on her phone.

Love my Dunkin' no matter where I go I can count on the same quality, great service by happy employees. My only two downsides are on the hash browns and whomever does the analysis on order quantities. Hash browns are not good. They are not tasty nor crispy. Blah! Change vendors! The Ham and Swiss croissant stuffer always runs out of stock regardless of the location. You are missing sales. Love the snackin' bacon! Folks at this location were awesome.

Sadly the majority of my stops at dunkin my coffee is no good. I'm not sure why I keep going. It's probably because I miss the dunkin donuts of old where you would get really good coffee and donuts for a decent price. Now it's overpriced gas station quality coffee and tiny stale wal mart donuts. I gotta accept the fact that the old dunkin donuts quality is not coming back. So I won't be coming back.

I order a coffee and some bacon every time and it takes an insane amount of time to receive it. There wasn’t even anyone at the window to take my payment. I had to drive off because I had to be somewhere that I would’ve been able to make had I gone to any other location. I should’ve have to leave an hour early just to get a snack.
