Whoever was working the drive through around 2pm was snobby and extremely rude. I ordered one of the signature churro lattes on the menu like I do almost every day. I am a regular here. And she gave me a latte with churro syrup and when I called her out for it she said "well that's our signature drink and it's more expensive" um I don't care how expensive it is. I come through every day. I know the price. She was judging me based on the fact my card didn't go through but what she didn't know is I had more cash in the car. I would have paid for the drink I order every day since it came out! How rude could she be!! And yes I laid on my horn when I left because she was so snobby and rude to me!! I have been a regular here since I moved to Springfield. That girl who was working at 2pm in the drive through today really needs to work on her customer service skills and not be so judgemental about people's situations.

Ordered from this Dunkin through DoorDash. Ordered 3 times in a week and my order was messed up every time! I placed an order yesterday, they were out of bagels so they replaced my cinnamon raisin bagel with a plain English muffin. I ordered sweet tea and was delivered green tea. I called dunkin and they explained to me that the dasher told them that he couldn’t reach me by phone for the substitution. I never got a call but I understand it’s not Dunkin’s fault. So I called the store about my tea. Not only was the “manager” Bella? maybe, was super rude, she wouldn’t listen to anything I was saying. She told me to request a refund through DoorDash, but it’s not DoorDash’s fault that I received the wrong tea. She assured me that they were NOT out of tea, but kept implying it was DoorDash’s fault. I just wanted the problem rectified, and instead she hung up on me!!! DONT DO BUSINESS HERE.

I work in the area so I order from this location quite frequently. My first experiences were fine. Always had what I wanted, never an issue. Lately, they seem to not be receiving shipments? Even for basic donuts. I understand being out of the “limited edition” donuts but not normal units. Anyway, my coffee is usually always great. The one time I experienced a rude interaction was when I walked up to the walk up window without prior knowledge of needing to order before hand, the gal had an attitude that I just showed up wanting to order. When you advertise “Walk Up Window”, wouldn’t you assume that you could order at the window? That might be a Dunkin Corpo thing but still.

The staff is friendly and my order is always correct, but the wait is so long I can’t give it more than one star. Once you’re lined up you’re stuck until you get to the order box.

The pink velvet macchiato is amazing!! I'm so glad they brought it back. The cashier was really friendly too, they helped me decide which of their many donut selections would be good to try. I go here often and no matter what time of day they are always friendly and fast and it's always great!

This place is new but not that new to be having these many problems. From the first time I pulled up there were already 3 cars in front of me at the ordering screen and 2 more piling up behind us. Despite there being 6 people inside it was moving slower than molasses. Once I received my order of the hash browns with jalapeño cheese and bacon, I looked in my bag and there is no fork. When I asked for one I was told that they were out of forks and spoons but I could have a plastic knife…..I gave the bag back and asked for a refund and was asked to pull forward and proceeded to wait even longer for a “higher up” to give a refund. I had to go back up to the window after another wait to finally get a refund.I know this is long winded but this local Dunkin needs to pay attention to the numerous customer complaints because they obviously aren’t being addressed

I ordered my food and then I was asked if I would like to donate a dollar to their charity. I declined and the young lady taking my order replied, “how unfortunate”. Definitely caught me off guard and felt very unnecessary. When I went to pay I asked if she was the one who said it and she said she wasn’t the one taking the order. Just because we can hide behind a mic and not have to face someone doesn’t give you the right to be disrespectful. I just hope we can learn basic manners. This was at 7:30am on 11/7.

This location is so close to my house and on the way to my kiddo's school, so we stop here often. We've been coming here since it opened. The staff here is always so friendly and helpful. They're also patient with me when I'm trying to order a fancy drink because I don't always know all the options or how it would best taste. They'll walk me through the options and make suggestions on how other people usually order it without sounding annoyed with me. I'm so glad we have this location!
