Update: Gina called 6 days after I called corporate and let me come and get my complete order for free. I hope corporate addresses the protocol in the mobile app when issues like this arise so that there is clear direction for refunds at franchises because Dunkin is my favorite coffee.

I ordered via the app and paid $15.23. Arrived at the drive thru and they says espresso machine was down. No worries, stuff happens, asked for a refund and I'll go somewhere else. They said they DON'T KNOW HOW because it's an mobile app order and there was no way to do it on the app OR in the store (I even walked in to ask for more direction) and couldn't give me any proof that I didn't receive my order and to call corporate. Corporate said they'll escalate the call and forward to franchise owner. No response. Emailed customer service, no receipt of email, no response. Disputed through the bank since I paid and got nothing and they have not communicated any way to resolve this issue.

We went there this morning at 8:24am. They were supposed to be open at 5am which what they say. And they were closed drive thru was working fine but we couldn't get in. We see countless people trying to get in, and nothing. Very disappointed they have gone down as a donut shop.

Went thru drive thru ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich. The sandwich came with 1 piece of bread 🤦🏼‍♀️ also ordered an order of everything beagle bites and they weren’t even cooked. The dough was mushy. When I called to address the issues the worker was willing to remark the order but I didn’t want I just wanted her to know this was the 2nd day in row my order was uncooked. When I was explaining my concerns she interrupted me multiple times. When I asked her not to interrupt me she proceeded to hung up. She was extremely rude for one reason I didn’t even want my food remade I was simply bringing this issue to her attention so it didn’t happen to the next person.

The women that work here are INCOMPETENT and LAZY!!! The guys on the other hand will make your drink perfectly and not be rude about it. Literally the worst dunkin in Springfield and should be closed down

I used to love coming to this dunkin donuts but lately they have become so rude. Which is so disappointing. Half of the reason I loved it was the kindness and infectious joy of the workers along with the wonderful quality of food.

Today was the latest of rude encounters. I was handed most of my meal, and then told to have a good day. She started to close the window and as she did I just quickly said, “my coffee.” To remind her I had ordered a coffee and not have the door completely closed. She rolled her eyes, grabbed my coffee and shoved it at me with a snide, “Have the day you deserve.”

I get it, we all have bad days. But this is the attitude almost everytime I’ve been for a little over a month now. I think I’ll be switching coffee shops which stinks because I genuinely do love their coffee and they have the best pumpkin spice.

I received a gift card so I decided to go buy some donuts. When I got there there was barely any donuts. I guess people don't eat donuts like they used to. I ended up getting a coffee cup

The guy running the drive-thru was very calm, kind, and respectful. We got two egg Combos and the eggs were frozen, so we had to wait a little bit. When we got the food the eggs were very mushy, you could tell they were recently thawed. Everything else was really good

Dount holes are fine.. but the lady behind the counter at 5.30am this morning August 11th was very rude and very hateful.. she needs to be fired or have a good write up..

I pulled into the drive through yesterday around 4:30 pm. I ordered the cookie dough latte, a part of the summer menu, and the worker very aggressively responded “we don’t have that.” I said, “did you used to?” And she responded “uhm, like, last year.” (I’ve ordered it all summer) Horrible customer service. I suspect she just didn’t want to make the coffee as I was the only car in the drive through. Employees should have enough menu knowledge to know what items Dunkin actually has.

I typically don’t leave reviews, as I’m not one to complain, but I felt compelled to share this experience in hopes it brings attention to an area that needs serious improvement.

The service through the drive-thru was extremely disappointing. One employee began taking my order, only to be interrupted by another who abruptly asked for it again. After I placed my order, I was simply told, “Pull around”—no total given, no thank you, no basic customer courtesy.

When I reached the window, I was greeted with, “Hey, give me your card,” with no introduction, no thank you, and again, no total shared. When I asked what the total was, I was told it had already been given, though it hadn’t. It felt dismissive and unprofessional.

Then, when I received my order, an item was missing. They made the item, but handed it to me with clear frustration. Worse, once I got home and opened my meal, everything was burnt and completely inedible.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but if I were the GM or owner, I would want to know this is the experience being given to customers. Something needs to change.

For additional context, I was the only car in the drive-thru, and the inside didn’t appear busy either. This wasn’t a case of them being overwhelmed. It was simply poor service. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated incident. This is the third time in the past month that I’ve either received burnt food or experienced subpar customer service.
