I was a walk-in customer. Donuts were good, coffee was not. Not even remotely close to good. Drink wasn’t all the way full, and the flavor shots I ordered were left out. :( Stick to the donuts and skip the coffee.

The amount of rude and disrespectful I received when I walked up to the window is absolutely baffling. I stepped up to the window and showed the employee my phone, as I was on an Uber order.And she quickly replied , with don't do that , and a disgusted aggravated , like I had done something wrong voice. Sweetheart, the only thing wrong here is your extremely disturbing out right trash attitude towards me personally. Myself and the company you work for do not care if you are tired.That is no excuse to be downright disrespectful and hateful.For no reason whatsoever shame on you!

There is a reason it's no longer Dunkin DONUTS. This place never has donuts available. You'd think with their munchkin bucket dropping they would make extra but no. They didn't even have much of regular donuts, definitely not any Halloween ones. They had under 10 donuts available and they will still be open for hours. At least the coffee is okay quality and they sell the buckets by themselves so I still was able to get one.

i’m not even sure how they bagged this… but the employee at the drive through was very rude, we were missing two things, had to go back inside to get them (the same employee was being kinder at this point) got the food and everything looked like someone stepped in it, it was all flattened, and my sandwich is literally missing the bottom part of the bread. haha

I just got a medium iced dunkalattee Made by the sweetest girl I’ve ever met in my entire life. I was already in a bad mood and upset and she was so sweet and uplifting

Great food and pretty okay customer service but the layout of parking lot and drive through is horrendous!! I'm editing this review because I always get the same thing and for some reason they just can not seem to get my sandwich correct, ever. It's not even hard or confusing. The person taking the orders is just being lazy.

Just stopped through. I had never ordered coffee at a Duncan's. I am not a big coffee drinker but on my way to early meeting. I went inside to order as I had no clue what to order. Young lady at register was awesome and very helpful. Made me my best coffee ever. I think she converted me to a Duncan's coffee drinker!! Thanks for a great start to my day!

We stopped for coffee drinks in the late afternoon. The drinks were okay, but my frozen carmel coffee was not as good as usual. There were no spoons or stir sticks out in the lobby. Meh, not a great visit.
