Friendly service however, got there at 8 Am and they were already completely out of chocolate munchkins. This is a donut shop they should be making these things constantly and always have enough. Also, the potion machiatto looks nothing like on their sign or website. Mine had a hint of purple at very bottom. I even asked if this was what I ordered and told them this looks nothing like advertised. Also, hashbrowns burnt on outside and not cooked on the inside. I will just continue going to Krispy Kreme. They have so much better tasting donuts. And have never ever told me they were out of anything.

For coffee and donuts Dunkinā is usually my favorite. Typically a solid 4 stars! Selection was great, service was quick and pleasant. The outside was nice, parking and access was easy. However, this Dunkinā needed a cleaning, bathrooms may need to be at the top of the list there. Nothing behind the counter looked dirty, just where the customers would be. Floors need attention as well. Ceiling tiles had that gathering of lint and dust hanging in places, not everywhere, just noticeable. The place is probably about 10 or 12 years old now, the place should be a 4+ star for me, I love Dunkinā Donuts! Iām sure it was the commercial that got me hooked as a child, āitās time to make the donutsā. But itās also time for a deeper cleaning routine.

Dray at window was awful ā- Alexa the window lady . Was on her phone . Alexa and dray was awful. Received my receipt paper rippled. Awful customer service . Never coming back .instead of being on her phone she should learn to do her job. She said she didnt know to how reprint a receipt. Hilarious ?

As much as I am a fanboy for dunkin' donuts it's gone downhill pretty badly.
For a half a dozen of donuts with $10, I know that's because inflation or whatever but still that's crazy I also know I haven't been there in a while so it was a very big shock.
The donuts kind of still tastes the same The coffee was all right.
It had been many years since I last consumed a Dunkin Donut. Those krispy donuts don't hold a candle to the magic of biting into a fresh Dunkin Donut for the first time in 20 years. The times I've been here the store has always been clean and the staff are always more than happy to answer any "what the heck is that?" questions you might have. Have I mentioned that the donuts are magical? ;)
