I have been a regular customer for years. Order online before leaving house so it is ready to go when I come by. But in the last 2 months service has gone down. Not people side but the ability to read and put an order together correctly. I order 2 things regularly. Sausage, egg cheese Crescent with double sausage. Kolaches. The can't screw up kolaches but every time I order the Crescent sammie they forget the extra sausage. This makes 5 out of the last 6 times I have ordered and even verified at pickup is it right... and it is not. I am done.

Small location. Placed an order and arrived to cars backed up to the street. Parking was a no go bcuz they were doing construction on the building. So I ended up paying for an order I never received. Will remember not to ever go to this Dunkin location.

No lines inside. Lines outside. It's 11:58 and they had plenty of donuts! Bathroom looks like a bomb went off.😆 Quick service at counter. Left a tip because the girls were sweet. I like eating my donuts in the parking lot because the horse painting on the cinema nearby is a gorgeous painting. HE came so that we my have Life and have it more abundantly. -John 10:10

I normally don’t have awful experiences here but today was bad! To start, I was asked multiple times after payment what I had ordered. It was a peach energy, hash browns, and a 6 piece of glazed munchkins. Somehow still, when my hash browns were brought out I was asked “That’s all you got, right?” and I had to remind them again of the drink and munchkins. Then by the time I was given my drink, there was a line behind me and I got a have a good day and no munchkins. With all of that I would not have left a bad review, but imagine my surprise when I’m halfway through my drink and I see stuff floating in there! It’s a considerable amount, with a lot settled on the bottom of the cup like it had been in the ice. Not happy!
Coffee tasted burned and hot chocolate was pure water not shaken well

I was a walk-in customer. Donuts were good, coffee was not. Not even remotely close to good. Drink wasn’t all the way full, and the flavor shots I ordered were left out. :( Stick to the donuts and skip the coffee.

The amount of rude and disrespectful I received when I walked up to the window is absolutely baffling. I stepped up to the window and showed the employee my phone, as I was on an Uber order.And she quickly replied , with don't do that , and a disgusted aggravated , like I had done something wrong voice. Sweetheart, the only thing wrong here is your extremely disturbing out right trash attitude towards me personally. Myself and the company you work for do not care if you are tired.That is no excuse to be downright disrespectful and hateful.For no reason whatsoever shame on you!
