I was a walk-in customer. Donuts were good, coffee was not. Not even remotely close to good. Drink wasn’t all the way full, and the flavor shots I ordered were left out. :(
Stick to the donuts and skip the coffee.

Great food and pretty okay customer service but the layout of parking lot and drive through is horrendous!!
I'm editing this review because I always get the same thing and for some reason they just can not seem to get my sandwich correct, ever. It's not even hard or confusing. The person taking the orders is just being lazy.

Just stopped through. I had never ordered coffee at a Duncan's. I am not a big coffee drinker but on my way to early meeting. I went inside to order as I had no clue what to order. Young lady at register was awesome and very helpful. Made me my best coffee ever. I think she converted me to a Duncan's coffee drinker!! Thanks for a great start to my day!
