My new favorite! I go here almost every morning lol the luv struck iced coffee is great, but my new fave is the rebel shark attack! Everyone is super friendly and the vibe is always 100!!!! Employees make you feel like a friend, not just an order, also who doesn’t love being offered a sticker lol so happy this brand is branching out across America!!!!!

As expected, 5 stars for Dutch Brothers Coffee. Excellent coffee and service. I have made the 20 minute drive to the west side in order to get my Dutch Brothers Coffee. Anyone who comes from the west coast knows, Dutch Brothers!

Love the staff. The sweetest people ever! The lack is the speed. I've never been somewhere that it takes 15 minutes from ordering (or not even getting my order taken) to get to the window. No harsh lines or anything.

This review is about the drive through system. It doesn't work. Taking orders from the window and not preparing anything down the line means you wait 30 minutes to get though minimum. If you order online, good luck getting to the window, because traffic from the drive through blocks the entrance. It's dangerous, neglectful and outrageous that the owner or the engineer thought this was a good idea. The city of Springfield should investigate whoever signed off on that drive through.

Coffee is amazing. But wait time is insane. And can’t even get out of drive through once you notice that it’s taking forever. We were close to driving over the curb because we got tired of waiting. I will rather drive farther away to classic rock coffee, it will be faster then waiting here.

I love coffee but my wife absolutely cannot have it for medical reasons, so we were excited when we found out this place had specialty chocolate milk. Anytime I've walked up and ordered it came out fine. This time my wife ordered, she made sure to specify that it was a chocolate milk with no coffee. When she took her first drink she was met with the pungent taste of coffee, luckily it was just a sip. I had to immediately take it from her and have it remade not once but twice. When I did get the correct thing the outside was covered in caramel. Now one of her new favorite places is ruined and we likely won't be back.

I have been to many Dutch Bros. as I used to live in a state where they were every few miles. This is the first time they made a mistake with my drink. Maybe because it’s a new location? I ordered a lavender matcha with vanilla. Instead I got some kind of fruity matcha. No lavender. I can’t figure out the taste, it runs between strawberry and peach. Either way, it is definitely not lavender and not very good. I will be sticking to a different coffee place. It is not worth the wait to get a drink that was not something I could drink.

It depends on what you're looking for from the people that give you coffee. I know people that probably would never want to be caught even dead in this place, that this place is an insult to their enjoyment of coffee as a connoisseur. Others that I know would hang onto a place like this and not let go.
For me, this works great. I like Dutch Bros a lot. One of those coffee connoisseur friends of mine actually recommended this to me, though before it came to Springfield years later (thank you, Dutch Bros, for finally coming here!). Others connoisseurs that couldn't take it have other options like the coffee tasting room Brick and Mortar (which is not a coffee shop according to the owner of that shop...I think he was the owner) as well as other local options.
Again, it may mean nothing to you people but my friend with a keen taste of coffee and machinery with that and likely a full pour over kit was the one who recommended Dutch Bros. to me. GASP!!!!
But for me it's great coffee with unique and creative options. Really good quality for what I'm looking for here (yes, coffee connoisseurs, it's not ONYX COFFEE or BRICK AND MORTAR.....got it). But tasty, people, it's tasty coffee. It is! Obviously convenient. Obviously. Except when the line is long - but staff here do work to try to keep it moving forward. And the staff have always been very friendly and helpful and patient to me when I've been here.
I like having the ability to be rewarded from their app too.
I'll out myself and go on the list of shame for a number of those coffee connoisseurs out there......I like this place and I'm glad they're here. Yeah, I like them. I'm glad Dutch Brothers moved here to the Far West Frontier of Springfield. There. I said it. I'll admit it....Dutch Bros is good coffee and I'm glad they're here!
