Love coming here for breakfast and brunch. They have a fantastic menu filled with delicious food and a great atmosphere. I especially enjoy their breakfast mac and cheese, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Wait times can be a little long on the weekends but it's worth it. If you're looking for your next favorite brunch spot, give Early Bird a shot.

If you're going to come to this place and grab yourself some breakfast or brunch I strongly encourage you to bring your big boy pants, this place puts a massive portion in front of you. The bloody Marys are awesome The food is delicious and the gravy is definitely worth trying. When we came in some of this stuff didn't seem the friendliest but the gentleman helping us out that work behind a bar was super kind and super helpful I took fantastic care of us. I'd encouraged the ladies at the restroom to smile a little more often and maybe act a little more polite so people feel a little more welcome but overall I would definitely come back just for the food and the ambiance

This is the most amazing place for brunch! Ian and Bre are two of the best staff!! if you like mimosas ask for a Hawaiian mimosa it’s out of this world!!!

The service and atmosphere were both great. The staff was extremely friendly and did a great job despite how busy it was. The food was well cooked but none of it tasted seasoned at all. It was still good though, and the sausage links and sweet potato tots were some of the best I've ever had. The gravy was not made from scratch but hardly anywhere does. I definitely plan on going back to try more things.

Unfortunately, we don't get to visit Early Bird nearly often enough. We most often sit at the bar where we have excellent and timely service. Even though we don't go often, we rarely even have to tell them what we want, because they remember. Tempted to take a shot at Shawn here, the owner and oft-times bartender, because, well... that's what we do with each other. But he, like the rest of the staff, make us feel like family. The food it exceptional, the quantity more than ample and the pricing fair.

I think we'll have to go again tomorrow, because just thinking about it makes me crave it. Thanks to Shawn, Ian and the rest of the crew there at Early Bird!

Best bloody Mary's in Springfield. Also love the food

The menu online is old and outdated, so I wasn't expecting to pay almost double for what I saw online. Not only that, but they forgot to cook my food. I ordered the salmon Benedict and one salmon was ice cold while the other was warm. on top of that, the hollandaise sauce was clearly old and broken up. Definitely not worth the price!
