Breakfast sandwiches weren't served hot, cheese didn't melt. Brought them home and finished the baking process. After a toastier bagel and melty cheese the breakfast sandwiches were very good and nice taste. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Online order it said 15 to 20 minutes. I showed up at 30 minutes. I couldn't find my order. Told me it might have bumped to national. Whatever that meant. They were very kind and they bumped my coffee drink to a large and I appreciate the gesture but I would have more appreciated them asking me first as I was splurging on my diet with the small. The large was not anything I could do so I would have told them to save their money. But all in all they were very kind and it was good food

The food is consistently good, and I'm there frequently since I live just blocks away. I love the Pumpernickel bagel and the Monday bagel deal. However, the staff and cleanliness are not what they could be. There's never a clean table in the dining room. They're always running out of stuff by mid-morning so at least one of the sandwiches on the board is not available. The staff are friendly but clueless and they're combined energy is chaotic. If you order on the app to go, you absolutely have to make sure you got your whole order before you leave.

We ordered coffees from here. I ordered a vanilla latte with half syrup, And my husband ordered a Carmel iced coffee. It was so sweet that it made me sick after the 1st sip. I asked them to remake it and they said they followed the instructions. I could pay for a new one. Don't recommend this place. 18$ for 2 coffee we couldn't drink were ridiculous.

Katrina took my order. She just displayed wonderful people skills and was exceedingly patient. Even though I was ordering a bagel I was planning to share it with my daughter.

Even though technically, it’s my sandwich, I was fine with one out of two choices. My daughter was leading one way, and then at the last minute changed her mind. It wasn’t important to me, but I wasn’t thrilled about having to call back yet again.

Katrina was a champ. She didn’t flinch even with a special order. It wasn’t crazy, but just extra mayo, etc..

The point is that she displayed wonderful customer service skills…. for me, it quelled the anxiety that I was feeling.

I have had consistently good experiences there regarding the employees and how they treat customers. I cannot always say that at other dining establishments.

Katrina, I hope you read this. You are a rockstar!

I don’t come here because the chocolate NEVER mixes well in the latte. I forgot why I don’t like this place until I I got to the bottom 1/3 of my mocha and realized that it is 100% CHOCOLATE. Why is this such a difficult thing to master?? Mudhouse, Architect Coffee, Traveler's House, SOVA Bar, and Lindsay’s Kitchen, and many more are way better local places to go to receive a DECENT mocha latte.

Unsanitary practices!!! I went to Einstein bagels for the first time yesterday and loved what I ordered. Decided to come back today. After I paid I was sitting at the drive thru window waiting for my food while I see the worker who also took my payment, grab a pastry with his bare hands! No gloves, no napkin to grab the pastry. Just bare hands. Disgusting. Then I see him put it in a bag so it was definitely for a customer. After that I watch him scratch his nose and face with that same dirty hand that is touching customers food!! No common sense there at all. If I hadn’t been running late to work I would have said something right there. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
