Einstein Bros. Bagels

I had never been here before, decided to stop by this morning. Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me, paid $8 for a mediocre breakfast sandwich (no drink) paid the extra for a hash brown i didn’t receive. sandwich was cold in the middle. wanted to like it but they were not on their game this morning i guess!

The food I had was amazing. I hate that it's so pricy. I'd eat this every other day. OMG it was so delicious. I had the maple house egg sandwich and dude it was soooo good.

I went here a few months ago for the first time ever and I was absolutely blown away. These bagels are so delicious! I'm not a fan of eggs but they allowed me to do egg whites. I'll definitely return! Check them out.

When you first walk in it just looks off. It's so big with nothing in the dining area.
Then we were rushed a bit to order.
The food was not good.
Ordered a hot coffee, got a cold one.
We'd had Einstein before in an airport and it was so good.
This wasn't the same at all, and we ordered the same exact thing! Overall not good and won't be back.

Service was friendly enough but asking for a tip when you simply put my food in a bag is rediciouls. The truly pathetic issue though is charging $2.00/bagel on my $3 bagel for cream cheese. Then when I asked for my bagel to be toasted, I expect it to be toasted. Neither of mine were even warm and not remotely taosted. The carpet in the dining room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a couple days and there wasn't a clean table to be found. When it costs me $13 for 2 bagels and a coke you should be able to afford to pay someone to keep the dining room clean.

I love Einstein's. I can get a large cold brew for $5. There bagels and ingredients are always fresh. And they have the BEST hot sauce. It is Texas Petet's, but hoo wee! It hits the spot. They also give you rewards points. I love Einstein's.

Breakfast is probably better but by late morning they were out of most of their types of bagels when we went.

Absolutely love Einstein! Really wish that you would make more honey whole wheat to last through the day! The last 5 times I have had lunch here at noon you have not had any honey whole wheat bagels and its disappointing. However, everything else is fantastic! Staff are very friendly!

I am almost a week late - I was served by the fantastic Emily! I pulled up and my card was declining (GS had ended up having servers go down during the Sunday morning at some point) - I told her I was sorry and I couldn’t pay for it. THIS SWEET LADY EMILY PAID FOR MY MEAL. Do you know how nice that was to have on a Sunday morning? The bagel sandwhiches were great as always and I also had ordered something new which I hadn’t - the hashbrowns (addicting). I have always enjoyed my experiences here, this was a much needed surprise and a cherry on top of the cake for this company who has always provided me great food! Thank you Emily!

This was my first time going here. The breakfast sandwich was ok (I didn't really enjoy it) but that's probably just a problem with my ordering

The food was wonderful and filling. No hunger pangs soon after!

Breakfast sandwiches weren't served hot, cheese didn't melt. Brought them home and finished the baking process. After a toastier bagel and melty cheese the breakfast sandwiches were very good and nice taste. Staff was friendly and courteous.
