The food is consistently good, and I'm there frequently since I live just blocks away. I love the Pumpernickel bagel and the Monday bagel deal. However, the staff and cleanliness are not what they could be. There's never a clean table in the dining room. They're always running out of stuff by mid-morning so at least one of the sandwiches on the board is not available. The staff are friendly but clueless and they're combined energy is chaotic.
