Einstein Bros. Bagels

I waited 9 months to enjoy a Nova Bagel lox due to pregnancy. I ordered one here and finally had one just for them to make it haphazardly and disgusting!!!! It’s like they just hire people who just don’t care about customer satisfaction!

Hardly any cream cheese on it and the bagel was stale. It did not taste good at all so disappointed probably will never go back there again.!!!

Today was the first time I had been here I got an avocado toast bagels I was very disappointed the man in the drive thru was being very short and rude on the intercom.my bagel was so salty I couldn’t eat it and the bagels definitely weren’t fresh it was hard as a rock.

Always recieved undercooked food. Every other day they forget half of my order. Never had any other issues with the staff though.

The food was great The waitress was very rude and offered little assistance.

Pretty good bagel sandwiches. I don't like that the pay portal suggests a tip for regular wage employees, though.

One star for service only because the lady was terrified to take an order from deaf customer, messed up my coffee order and didnt even try to talk as I can talk and read lips just fine. Need to have a staff training. Never got my receipt as I can tell she tried to get rid of me. Bagels and coffee are good though.

Sarah and Justin made my first time here excellent! I knew I wanted a warm bagel sandwich with two eggs and all the veggies, and they recommended how to make it happen at the best cost possible. It was exactly what I wanted, and kept me full until dinner time! I didn't feel rushed, and made sure to keep letting other patrons go ahead of me while I asked a bunch of questions. As a stay at home parent, I don't treat myself very often. I thought everything was fantastic!! Justin was new, but didn't mind asking Sarah for tips and how best to ring it up. That speaks volumes as to how this place is ran, if new hires feel comfortable enough to ask for help!

Parking: The parking lot is somewhat awkward with not as much space as I would prefer. As I had business at Delta Medical next door, I parked in their parking spot to handle my business there. Really appreciated the pull-through parking spots there. I'm kind of an awkward driver, so small, awkward parking lots make me nervous. The parking lot is a big reason why this was my first time visiting Einstein Bagels, but they also have a drive through somehow, so maybe I'm missing more parking somewhere else?

I asked if they could add a pump of Carmel to my coffee at the ordering window and charge me and they said they couldn’t. Which makes no sense when I am asking to pay for whatever the difference is and she was very rude about it. It really depends on who you get here some of the girls are so sweet and accommodating. Others are rude and unhelpful.

Love this location so much, they always have the most kind staff and make the best food! Everything I've gotten from here was delicious, definitely the best place in Springfield to get breakfast!
