Einstein Bros. Bagels

Unfortunately had to go to this location today vs the other one and it’s so disappointing. The bagels aren’t good and the staff aren’t friendly. The wait time is ridiculously long for a quick bagel. Will only go to the other location for now on.

A friend and I ordered the avocado tomato egg bagel and the sunrise. My bacon and egg were completely cold/not cooked at all. His meat was like a brick hockey puck and he couldn’t eat it. Each time we come here the bagel sandwiches are incredibly messy and put together with no effort. First time, average, 2nd time messy, this time never going back. Sorry.

I would love to spend my money every day at Einsteins. They have best bagels and sandwiches in town. But it takes them 30 min at least to help one single person and there is always at least 3 other people waiting. They have 10 people in that store who don’t know how to make an egg. I don’t have time to wait 45 in a drive through. Sad

I asked for two egg whites & only got one. Not only that but it came out cold.

Everytime I ordered from this store. There's barely ever cream cheese on them. Every other location is okay. But this is sad. I ordered 3 bagels for them to have barely any cream cheese on them

I love the lox begal! Im a fish person tho. It comes with capers and im not a fan. I recommend you request them on the side if you dont know what they are, otherwise they do a great job.

Super rude manger. Made mobile order - waited for over an hour while they said it would be ready any minute. Then said they never got the order. Manager just wanted to argue. Don’t ever go there.

This place takes forever to make the most basic of food. I have been waiting for an hour. People who came in and ordered after me got their food. I have not. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
