Einstein Bros. Bagels

This place takes forever to make the most basic of food. I have been waiting for an hour. People who came in and ordered after me got their food. I have not. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Currently eating breakfast at Einstein Bagels on national and had to tell the employee that they had cockroaches crawling on the floor in the dining area..... pretty gross... I told the employee, she came over and stepped on it and killed it and apologized and said she normally only sees them in the dining room and I'm thinking if they have them in the dining room then they are around the food

My last order of bagels was disappointing. The bagels we received were not what we ordered. The manager was good to correct the order but this has happened before, more than once, making an online order a two-trip affair. But more notable is that the bagels are not enjoyable. Once you get thru the sugar cinnamon or poppy seeds you then are confronted with donut shaped object that I swear might have names, addresses and phone numbers inside as it has the consistency of a 1960’s phone book.
So how would I describe my recent experience. It was my last. I hope you can improve your product.

Food was mid. The girl at the counter was a sweetheart. Never going back because the food is greasy and not filling. Also way too expensive

I waited 9 months to enjoy a Nova Bagel lox due to pregnancy. I ordered one here and finally had one just for them to make it haphazardly and disgusting!!!! It’s like they just hire people who just don’t care about customer satisfaction!

Hardly any cream cheese on it and the bagel was stale. It did not taste good at all so disappointed probably will never go back there again.!!!

Today was the first time I had been here I got an avocado toast bagels I was very disappointed the man in the drive thru was being very short and rude on the intercom.my bagel was so salty I couldn’t eat it and the bagels definitely weren’t fresh it was hard as a rock.

Always recieved undercooked food. Every other day they forget half of my order. Never had any other issues with the staff though.

The food was great The waitress was very rude and offered little assistance.

Pretty good bagel sandwiches. I don't like that the pay portal suggests a tip for regular wage employees, though.
