The food and the service were top notch!!! I felt like I was back at home eating with family. I live in Joplin, Mo and there is nothing like it. I would drive an hour everyday to eat there! I am Puerto Rican so it feels good to finally be able to eat amazing authentic Puerto Rican food!!

This food truck is amazing, everything we ordered was hot and delicious, I would highly recommend it, especially if you never had Puerto Rican food. The owner is super friendly and will answer any questions you have to don't be afraid to ask if you don't know what to expect, he speaks English and Spanish.
They take cash or zelle so be prepared and definitely stop by and get your grub on ??

We had the fall-off-the-bone ribs, and the name of the dish is accurate. They were seasoned just right. It was my first time to eat mofongo. I highly recommend it. The homemade pineapple ice cream is served in a pineapple half. The homemade coconut ice cream is served in a coconut shell. The Puerto Rican music, hospitable owner/cook, and ample outdoor seating with other friendly guests made it a wonderful experience. If you worry the food will be too spicy for you, don't be. It's just right. The owner/chef is laser-focused on presentation and food flavor perfection.

This is the best food truck ever!The flabir of dishes is amazing. The woonden leaf plates add to the perfect presentation. So much more convenient than paper places that blow away. The menu is huge, take you time to study it so you don't miss on incredible authentic unique Puertorican cuisine options.The owners are very friendly.

I am giving this just 3 stars. because they lack a decent menu that is hard to read. Its hand written terribly and I struggled when trying to read it. Ordering didnt go very easy as only received part of what I thought it came with. Mainly seasoned rice with and you choose pork or chicken. Now the food itself was very very good! I tried the pork and rice and the pork was tender chunks. My friends chicken was a bone in thigh. Cole Slaw was super watery sitting in sauce but it was also very tasty. It could be a 4 star truck if they improve on total presentation, menu, etc.

Vegetarian options: The meat is amazing but I recommend the tostones, the ensalada de papa (potato salad)bud my favorite side, the mofongo is to die for, he has so many options to choose from.

The food is top notch Puerto Rican and service with a smile!! They are usually parked by the store on St. Louis Street but the brewery scene is where it’s at! Delicious pork/lechon with mofongo and pasta salad!!!! So garlicky and wonderful!!! Make sure you give them a find when you’re in the mood for hearty, porky lunch!!
