2025.10.17 I went here on a Friday that was busy during lunch. I had tacos, while my coworker had a chimichanga. We both thought the food was delicious. We asked for a drink refill and more chips both did not arrive. We asked for a drink refill before we left and that was brought to us with the receipt. I will eat here again and chalk it up to a busy day.

This is the best Mexican food in Springfield! Highly recommend you try it for yourself. Have tried several different dishes, and all of them have been good. Salsa has a little bite and good flavor.

On my way to the airport, we needed dinner, and burgers and fries didn't sound good. We saw El Poblano, and as we love good Mexican food, we tried it. We were very happy that we did! I split the Enchiladas Rancheras with my son (I wasn't very hungry), and it was amazing . My wife and one daughter split a chicken, cheese, and rice dish that was really good.
