Bomb food man. Me and my friend came all the way from Rolla for an exotic vet and stopped here for food on the way out. The workers are polite. The food is delicious and fresh. We were served quickly and able to leave out back to our home town and make good time. She had the chicken fettuccine Alfredo, and I had the baked ziti. We both got bread sticks included with it. The New York style cheesecake is divine, def the real deal Cheesecake Factory cheesecake.

Think general manager need to rethink how they treat staff.Most of them are young kids trying to do there best, instead of giving individual training and telling them what they're doing wrong.They're told their not a good fit and let go. Signed a grandparent

Affordable but not very good for you food. We asked if they could go easy on pizza sause ans were told the pizzas are pre-made . Otherwise, the service waa good.

I stopped in at this location for lunch today and had a wonerful experience. Before I even ordered the cashier notified me that they were out of breadsticks (which is a bummer because they are so good). He apologized and said they were offering customers a free slice of pizza or free cookie as compensation. I was gob-smacked, as this is not the type of customer service I am used to in 2025. An acknowledgement and apology for a menu item being unavailable is not something I typically receive from a fast food restaurant, let alone the offer of a free item as a replacement. I feel that this location went above and beyond epsecially since the item that they were out of is free with the purchase of a meal! It doesn't take much to make customer's feel appreciated and the acknowledgement of their oversight and free cookie went a long way with this customer. On top of all this, the customer service was impeccable, the food came out quickly and was prepared well, it tasted good, the restaurant was clean and well stocked, and the lunch special was priced very well for the amount and quality of food received. I will certainly be visting this location again and I am confident that the $2.99 free cookie will be paid back in spades with my future purchases. A job well done to this location, its crew, and their management!
