The new ravioli plates are really good. As far as the serving size to price, it's a bit high for a fast food place, you can go to a sit down restaurant for the same price. But what isn't anymore? And as far as a pasta place, it's better than OG or similar pasta places in Springfield.

I rarely post reviews but had to take take a minute to give a job well done to the Fazolis on independence in Springfield missouri. I ordered lunch via doordash. I hadn't ate at a Fazolis in quite sometime and wasn't sure what to expect. I ordered the chicken parmesan with pepperoni and Italian meatballs and extra mozz cheeseand it was fantastic, came to very hot. As a matter of fact when I placed the leftovers in the fridge 15 minutes later the metal tray was still hot. It was loaded with cheese which I loved and the meat portions were more than enough. I only could eat around half the order. The breadsticks were also worth mentioning. I'm very pleased and I'll definitely be ordering again and trying different items. Great job. Give them a try!

We just ran through the drive through on our way out of town. Boy were we surprised when we got home. The portions were huge! Everything was delicious!
Have only eaten there once and it was good, so today I picked up supper for tonight. Ordered the classic sampler meal and the spaghetti with meat sauce. Both was so very good,......EXCEPT,....the spaghetti needed a bit more sauce! My daughter agreed! Still very good! The staff was very friendly also! For the amount of food you got, the price is more than fair, especially, since it comes with 2 breadsticks!!

Food was good and restaurant was clean BUT young lady behind counter took order great friendly. Took forever to receive our food and when my wife went to counter to ask about it her head was bitten off by manager female that they were very busy. We watched other tables being served that sat down after us. She wanted to speak to a manager after cooling off and was basically blown off. Be awhile if ever I take my family back there.

The food was absolutely delicious and all the workers were friendly. Did not disappoint. Highly recommend this place. Fazoli's is by far my favorite Italian restaurant. Even better than Olive Garden.
