Horrible customer service! I went through the drivethru and the woman at the window kept ignoring my request for napkins by shutting the window once she grabbed my card. I figured she didn’t hear so when she returned my card I spoke up louder but she immediately slammed the window. She handed me my order and when I waved my hand and practically yelled for napkins, she just slammed the window once more and left. I even tried to contact the store about this and I received no response. I had no napkins or even cutlery plus half of my order was stone cold as if they just took it out of the fridge. Horrible and inexcusable actions!

Horrible experience had a mobile order they had me pull around to wait for it both spots they told me to go to where taken due to someone unloading their family so I parked the closest I could. They asked me why I was parked over here then tried to argue that there was no one in the spots. Would not come back due to the I think manager being rude

Stopped at Fazoli‘s for a quick lunch can’t say enough good about this place. Manager was on top of it. The food was excellent. Our counter person server name was Becc they all did an amazing job!

Since I always get the double-slice pepperoni pizza here, I can't speak to their other food options. The pizza is consistently good. Our server was very pleasant.

We love Fazoli’s as a family. Out of the two Fazoli’s in town this is our favorite due to ease of accessing the parking lot. Service is average and depending on who is in the kitchen will determine the food quality (Soecifically with cheese on the baked items).
