I absolutely love Fazolis!They have been at the same place is springfield for over 20 years.The food has NEVER been wrong for me, and it has ALWAYS been perfect.Careful, the plate is hot!!!Seriously, if you want good fast food and Italian, go no further than Fazolis.Parking: I'd say around 20 parking spots, but there are lots nearby I've parked in before when they are slammed.Kid-friendliness: They have kids menus and activity paper and crayons to go with them!Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp going inside and handicap parking spaces.

The food was pretty decent for fast food quailty.However, someone actually delivered food to your table like a waiter in a fancy restaurant and would ask if you wanted the fresh grated parmesan on it till you said it was enough. He also came by asking if you wanted more breadsticks.
