We are new residents to Missouri and today we stopped at this Fazoli’s in Springfield,MO. We had an excellent meal and I have to say the best service from Talia A. She was pleasant, helpful and friendly. Great customer service. It was one of the better Fazoli's we have been to in a long time. Clean, food was great and like I said cheerful employees. Great job 😊

I signed up for reward on their website and they instantly gave me a redemption code for $5 off any order of $15 or more! I got lasagna, house salad and a small drink for $11 something, including tax. I picked up my order at the drive thru window which was very handy on a hot day with my dog in the car. The salad was crisp and fresh. Lasagna was not Michelen star,but it was hot and had plenty of cheese and sauce and the noodles were cooked to my liking which is al dente. You might want it cooked a little softer but not me! The guy working the window had a friendly smile and he complimented my dog, who IS pretty dang cute. He loved the bite of lasagna I shared with him. Oh and it came with two hot bread sticks sealed in foil to keep them soft and warm. Great value. Not sure I would have paid full price but you can't beat $5 reward JUST for signing up! If you aren't sure what to order, I saw several good combo options.

Service was good but pretty disappointed with the food. I ordered the oven baked sampler not realizing that it didn’t come with meat. They gave me one little meatball on a plate full of noodles, sauce and cheese. Definitely not worth $12. Do you have to order meat separately now? Ridiculous.
It's okay. Not great, but okay. Where else can you get fast Italian-ish , cheap-ish with no wait for a table?

I don’t live close to Springfield but everytime I come to Springfield i stop here. They messed up my order the last 2 times I’ve been there. This time they put chicken on my order and I didn’t order that. And that was fine but when I got home and realized there was no sauce it was just noodles cheese and chicken that I didn’t want I wasn’t very happy. And it wasn’t cheap either. Not happy.

My granddaughter and I stopped in while on a road trip. The cashier was very nice and friendly. Our food came rather quickly. The chicken fettuccine Alfredo was somewhat bland. It wasn't bad, just not delicious like we had hoped.

We love Madison and Emily! We came in on our trip home to feel the nostalgia of Fazolis and the food was just as we remembered! It was so yummy! You can tell Madison and Emily and the whole team here today take great pride in their work. They were attentive, helpful, and patient with us while we decided on our order.
