The employee that I was ordering my food from was so kind and told me all the new things on the menu. The manager on duty was very nice and was making sure I was comfortable! Will be back!
We are new residents to Missouri and today we stopped at this Fazoli’s in Springfield,MO. We had an excellent meal and I have to say the best service from Talia A. She was pleasant, helpful and friendly. Great customer service. It was one of the better Fazoli's we have been to in a long time. Clean, food was great and like I said cheerful employees. Great job 😊
I went through the drive through tonight.. customer service is a thing of the past but not at the fazolis on N. Glenstone.. Darise and Emily both were so sweet and kind and made sure I received my order correctly.. customer service means everything!! Great job fazolis.. I will be back !
