We visited twice during our stay. The first visit, service was very slow. The food was good, but portions were inconsistent. My wife and I ordered the watermelon salad and the portion was about the size of a softball. Another person in our party ordered it as well, after seeing ours, and theirs was about the size of a golf ball. When questioned, they were told they had ran out of watermelon…but they were still going to charge full price for it! The second visit, I ordered an Old Fashioned using top shelf scotch. I expected it to be a $30 drink as their top shelf scotch was only a Macallan 18. Mind you, at no time did I ask for a double nor did the waiter warn of the price. When I received my bill, I was floored to see that I was charged $85 for one drink. I expressed my displeasure with the waiter and bar tender, but it fell on deaf ears. I spoke with the hotel manager. She adjusted my room rate to compensate for the deceptive pricing and said she would have the bar manager contact me. It’s been over a week and I haven’t heard from him/her.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was truly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the service was lacking. We waited well over 45 minutes for our drinks absolutely no communication from the staff. Even the food took far too long to arrive. When the food finally came out, it was cold—not just lukewarm, but clearly sitting for too long. We brought our concerns to the staff, but no real effort was made to address the issue. No apologies, no corrections, no solutions. The management, unfortunately, did nothing to improve the situation or even acknowledge the poor service. It’s frustrating to spend time and money at a restaurant and be met with indifference. Sadly, this was one of those experiences that makes you question returning. I hope they take the feedback seriously and make changes to improve both their service and customer care.

Services was pretty good could definitely tell our server was stretched thin but made sure we where taken care of. Food was overall good took a while to show up. Appetizer was the star of the show and what we enjoyed the most. Cocktails where also very good but did take a while to show up.

Great food. Creative cuisine. Loved the Mediterranean lamb. It was quite noisy but we could still have good conversation.

Couple, Out of town, looked at the Pictures online and it appears to be a nice upscale restaurant. Had decent reviews. .. Far,far from that! #1..just know, It's located inside an Old 3 star hotel. No mention of that anywhere. #2 .Ambience was terrible! The entire dining area has full view of the busy indoor swimming pool. We had a flat screen TV mounted on the wall 12” from our heads. #3..The Bar area was full of Extremely loud, disruptive to entire restaurant, with seemingly over-served patrons. *Martini was good and Mediterranean salad was good. Entree's- creole pasta with grilled chicken. Terrible. It was pasta with plain tomato sauce poured over it. No flavor at all. Took 2 bites. Husband's Asian rice bowl with shrimp was “edible”. Nothing special. The filet looked good at table next to us, But at $48, I'd expect more of an experience overall. *Waitress was nice and apologetic. Not being from Springfield, maybe this is as good as it gets? Not sure. Honestly, We should have just gone elsewhere at our first red flag. But was hungry and had made reservations.

Food was delicious. Portions were nice, and flavors were there, but my fiancés food was not that hot. It was NYE and we got there right after a large group. It was still good food! He is a bit more observant than most, because he is a chef...So he was watching the kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our meal and will be back, just not on a holiday. 🫣🫢😊

Pleasantly surprised by this place, don't let the guard shack.fool ya or the fact that it's in a hotel. The food is by far amazing, service is superb and the drinks where above and beyond. The bartender and I where talking about the plants ans she even gave me a tour of the atrium pool.area . Ots beautiful and a cool.place.

Service was great, food was nothing spectacular. We both had the filet and we were not impressed. There was no flavor. There were floaties in my husband's beer. My first drink, the berry pina colada was great, the second drink was the midnight oasis, it tasted like cough syrup. We were looking for a nice place for a date night without the kids. We made a reservation and were seated iimmediately. Everything came quickly and we were in and out within the hour. That was appreciated! Out of all the years living in the area, we had never tried this restaurant and wanted to try something different.

Very nice restaurant inside a convention hotel. We'd never been here before and wanted a nice night out to celebrate a milestone. We were very happy with our choice. We will come back.

The Ahi tuna meal was fantastic! The other people that I was with ordered steak and said it was not worth the price at all. Our server, Lisa, was great. She was very personable and did a great job. As for the restaurant theme/decor it seems like they're going for an old style Vegas setting which we found to be unimpressive.
