husband and I had our valentines dinner there Saturday. everything was great. food was awesome as always.

Had the ribeye steak, it was cooked at the right temp but it had 0 flavor!! If you're going to charge 49 dollars for a steak please for god sakes make sure it has seasoning on it! I have had better steaks at a non steak house. Service and drinks were good, food sucked!

Lisa was a friendly greeter, Jolanna took great pictures for our party, and Izzy was an amazing server! Nate made our wok bowls and they were so good! Love fire and ice!

My steak was a perfect medium rare with a great crust. My husbands pasta was a perfect al dente. All the flavors really worked well together including the calamari with a sweet and spicy sauce. For dessert we got the bourbon gooey cake it was warm and the bourbon flavor really came through well. The chocolate pistachio pot de creme was very smooth and rich. All in all we will be going again and I’m surprised that as a Springfield local, that I hadn’t been here sooner. Thank you chef Phil, and our amazing waitress!

This was the perfect place for a birthday dinner! The food was amazing, as well as the drinks. Our server, Gretchen, was so friendly, helpful, and kind. She answered all our questions and helped us pick the perfect dishes. Amazing experience, will definitely be back!

This was my first time having lunch at Fire & Ice, though I’ve enjoyed going for dinner several times. Jordan was fantastic. My mac and cheese with the brisket was excellent.
