I contacted the manager at the Kimbrough location before Thanksgiving to request an order that would be our Thanksgiving dinner. My son recently lost his wife and this was his first Thanksgiving without her (she was an incredible lady), so there was a lot of sadness in our hearts. So, because my son loves Firehouse Subs, that's what I wanted to do for him for Thanksgiving. The manager didn't even hesitate, she was more than willing to provide the sandwiches and she...

Every time I’ve come in here, it has been great. The Club on a Sub is my go-to, and it tastes amazing every time. They also have a college student offer, so if you’re a MO State, Drury, OTC, or Evangel student, you can get a sandwich combo with a free chip & free drink with ID.

I'm new to the Springfield area. The service here is very good and the food was extremely delicious. I'll definitely eat here again. And recommend this location to anybody that asks me.
