I had never been to a Firehouse Subs before, so decided to try it Saturday evening, at about 8 PM. Disappointed that when I came it the staff seemed too busy getting ready to close in an hour. When someone decided to come up to the counter to help me, she stopped with the sweeping and proceeded to take my order. No hand washing. (I notice these things, having spent more than five years during high school and college working fast food.)
