Firehouse Subs Twin Oaks

Very disappointed with FHS right now. Have been to 3 different ones and they have messed up my wife sandwich every time. She doesn’t eat cheese or mayo and has told them and every time they add it on so she won’t eat it so we are out the $4-5 3 times. As of now we are done and will not be back anymore. It’s a shame as they are great subs.

Paid $15.60 for a medium sandwich, including a $2 tip. They assembled the sandwich incorrectly and then took the cheese off just before handing it to me… My receipt didn’t say no cheese? Disappointed. My order was simple. Didn’t want to wait on a remake.

Register attendant guy was super nice.

Waited 20 minutes in the store for my order when it was behind the counter because it was a “big order”(2 adult sandwiches and 2 kids meals) but still could’ve been put on the shelf like others were. I had several workers look my way and not bother to ask if I needed anything. When I would go up to ask, they didn’t give me the time of day. They messed up multiple items on the order. And the cherry on top is they gave me an incomplete kids meal and made her cry because she had her heart set on the desert she was looking forward to. I love the food here but the customer service at this location is terrible.

There was a Black Friday BOGO deal so we picked up a steak and cheese plus a Cajun chicken with chips and drink (btw they do Coke Freestyle there which begins a few criticisms). If you are going to have a fountain drink machine touting multitudes of sodas and flavors, then keep them filled up and/or available instead of the customer getting "Unavailable" messages every other time they touch the screen. Once you've settled for whatever soda is available, then you are faced with a very unclean area to get lids, straws, and napkins... Splatters everywhere...and not cleaned in some time. Food: good, above avg, but we picked up on the south side of town and waited to eat until we got home on the north side of town. By this time our steak and cheese was quite soggy. The staff were quite young, which is normal these days, sooo....it is what it is.

I go here lots mainly order on the app, this is the last time I use the app they normally have a cart that I would just walk in and grab my sandwich and go. however, thats not the case anymore my order was one sandwich I stood and waited for 10 minutes past the time it was supposed to be done cause they seemed busy when I finally went and asked, the girl cant seem to speak clearly cause I could understand her from her mumbling and walks over and picks up the sandwich off the counter throws it in a bag and gives it to me and says here and I even asked do you guys not put pick up orders over there anymore like it says on the sign and she just walks away my sandwich was cold had no sauce on it and I will not be back to this location.

My favorite place to eat when im in springfield!! I was a little sad they did not have brisket this last time i was there. Its what i always order. You wont be disappointed! I hope that running out of my fav does not become the trend. Just sayin.

I was on call and I placed a future order at this location. I got called in so I called asap after my call in which was an hour before my food was ready to cancel and to get a refund. I was told by the main office, the number given to me on their website for concerns and issues, they can’t do anything but to call the restaurant itself. I did and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes for a manager. I hung up and tried again even 15 minutes after to get a refund and the phone line is still busy. The main office told me they sent an email to that store about the problem and yet h the ey told me they won’t refund me. I even explained and tried several times to contact but nothing! Horrible service and don’t ever expect to get your money back.
