This location always has great service and phenomenal food! This is one store that, when you get your order, it looks exactly like the picture.On my last visit, I was having trouble with the app and one guy, I think he had to have been a manager, (wish I’d gotten his name!) stopped what he was doing and walked outside of the counter to try to help guide me. This was way above and beyond.I love Firehouse Subs more than any other sandwhich shop, but the service at this store definitely wins my loyalty!!
Ordered online for carryout. The subs were delicious. However, we were given a certain time to pick them up, which was 30 min after ordering them. When we got home (3 min from the store), they were cold and soggy. So, they obviously made them the min the order was placed. That is a good thing, except it would have been nice to get an update on the time, so we could have come earlier (again, only 3 min away), and had hot toasty subs. The other biggest issue was not a single order had the pickle with it. Each order said it came with a pickle. 5 subs, no pickle. Is that only done if you eat in? So frustrating when 90% of all pick up orders are missing elements.

Great food, polite staff, just a little dirty but i think this was partially due to the nonstop customers they had.
Food was good and service was ok . Took just a little longer than normal to get sandwiches but other than that it was ok . Had to wipe the food off our table before sitting . Good

Yes the food is good and the staff is nice but I stopped coming here a year ago and tried it again tonight and I didnt think the wait could get longer but it has. Two sandwiches drinks and chips took an hour to make. I'm done here

Food is excellent! We just never have a good experience with service here. No one is nice or polite. They always seem to be annoyed that you came in to order a sandwich.Parking: Very tight parking lot. Hard for trucks.Kid-friendliness: High chairs are available. Kids meals come with fire hats
