First Watch - East Sunshine

If you go dine in person they'll make your food correctly since you're there in person to hold them accountable. Service really depends - sometimes it's great and sometimes they forget about you and you have to get another service member's attention. Practically everytime I've ordered from First Watch through Door Dash the food has been burnt and not cooked correctly because they choose to be careless with Door Dash orders since they think the customer won't hold them accountable. First Watch do better and cease wasting people's money and time. I will no longer be a customer.

Ive come here several times..Ive decided on 3 stars after having some issues on occasions. I guess its because they are popular and busy but I'm usually disappointed by one thing or another. I dont expect high class service either. Today the water glasses, the coffee cups, and the coffee pitcher were all filthy! As a waitress I would have put those items back to be washed again and served the customer with clean restaurant quality dishes.

One star due to being forced to give a tip. No option to give a custome tip. Automatic 10% tip is ridiculous for a PICKUP ORDER! Tips are meant to be given due to great service, not just because they demand it, that's not how tips work. Maybe pay your employees a livable wage.

Great brunch place. The food is fresh and not just the same old same old. I had the lemon ricotta pancakes. There was a lot of food! The lemon curd was great, very bright with lemon. The coffee was hot and fresh, the cream actual cream instead of the little packets.

When I have time to sit down and have a good breakfast, lunch, or brunch I always come to first watch. Great atomosphere, service , and food. Almost home cooking and the juices are not cheap, but make ever meal soo good! Really loving the new orange one.

I love the seasonal pumpkin pancake. There food is delish. They have a large variety. Their multi grain toast is delish. The service is excellent. There are different seating arrangements. They also have some outdoor seating. The restaurant is clean.

Superb service. Friendly staff, offered several suggestions to accommodate my elderly mom's dietary restrictions. The food was innovative and delicious...my ham & gruyere olive rocked!

Pick up order with poorly made food. The portions have also been decreased drastically in a shrinkflation that makes McDonald's look generous.
