Had an exceptional experience at Flame on a Thursday night. The bartender, who also served as our waitress, was absolutely delightful — attentive, personable, and made the evening feel special.
We went all out, starting with fresh, delicious oysters, followed by the A5 wagyu, which was every bit as rich and perfectly cooked as promised. We finished with the crème brûlée — a flawless ending. My salmon Oscar was a bit overdone, but with so much other incredible food, it was a small miss in an otherwise outstanding meal.
I also appreciated the thoughtful non-alcoholic drink options. The spritz I ordered was bright, balanced, and paired beautifully with the food. From service to presentation, everything felt intentional and elevated — truly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while.

DELICIOUS food! Top tier. Great art decor and romantic aesthetic.
They had tons of support staff walking around but it took a while to get our check.

I enjoyed my meal somewhat - the Delmonico was quite tasty - I was disappointed in the $24 lobster Mac and cheese - we asked if there were chunks of lobster and it only had one little piece that almost tasted canned on the top - the actual dish had no noticeable pieces - my disappointment was asking - being misinformed and then when we said something ignored for the rest of the night. On that note the crab and salmon dip also was absent of any pieces of meat or even artichoke heart - both of those were all cheese and no fish. It’s ok - to offer something but when’s customer inquires be truthful about the content. I would have just ordered the truffle Mac or stuck with the potatoes and added asparagus and would have done the salad as an appetizer. We were looking for those hints of seafood but they were not existent.

This was our first time going! Everyone was amazing... personable and professional. The wagyu steak was perfect- My medium-rare filet mignon was more rare, but staff was very kind and brought it back perfectly corrected. (The crust on my filet was SO GOOD.)
We ordered the appetizer of fries and the mellow blue cheese dip, oh my word, get it.
Overall, Spendy but YUM, YUM, YUM.

Great steaks and atmosphere is awesome
The three stars are 100% a result of my server, Brenden. If I had any other server I sincerely believe I would’ve left one star.
I ordered the Japanese something. I ordered regularly at restaurants and prepared at home for myself, and it was, without a doubt the worst of me I’ve ever had that has tried to be passed off as Wagyu.
I have a picture of the nasty fat that was left over that looks like a pile of dog poop on my plate from a $135 steak and I took about three bites out of. If anybody would like to see it, please private message me and I’ll send it to you.
I’ve been here in the past and I was actually quite good, this time, there is no chance in hell that was a Japanese Wagyu that I was served and, for that reason, alone, I will never go there again

The bone-in ribeye was seared beautifully with a deep, smoky crust and tender inside, paired with garlic mashed potatoes that complemented without stealing focus. Service felt attentive, and the sleek dining room carried an upscale but easy atmosphere.
