Always a wonderful experience. Great food & service. I only wish more customers would dress better. Please don’t wear shorts and a ball cap. It's a "business casual" attire dress.

First off the service and the atmosphere is the BEST!

I'm from Oklahoma and we take beef seriously..To that I'd say the aged ribeye I purchased for $85 started it life as a poor cut of Ribeye so not much can happen with that.Maybre skip the steak and try many of there other options ..People say the sea food is good.lol

If ever in Oklahoma City,OK please try a restaurant named Cattleman's Steakhouse for a GREAT steak!

from the hostess' tone of voice saying 'JUST one??" to the decision not to get dessert, this was the most dissappointed ive even been in a fine steakhouse experience.
the service was lackluster start to finish, my waitress didnt even introduce herself.
the food was mediocre. the bread was large, with an unusual gourd shape, but it was nothing but air inside a large crust. the small lemon muffins it was served with were the best part of my meal.
the filet mignon was cooked properly medium rare, but had virtually no flavor and seemed to be totally unseasoned. the cut of meat was over two inches thick, and quite tender, but presented more like a minature roast than a steak.
at close to $100 with tip for one person, flame was substantially overpriced for the food quality, atmosphere, and overall experience.

To say my dinner was fabulous is an understatement. I had the fillet medallions and a side of asparagus. I have never had a steak as good as that one. It had a perfect search on the outside and was tender, juicy and packed with flavor inside. I will absolutely be back.

Our service was good. Should probably be more educated on different types of wines if the restaurant is going to boast it though. Food should have been way better than it was. Potatoes tasted like instant mash and the steak was missing the dry aged funky taste you expect to have when you claim dry age. The atmosphere was nice and felt fancy and really was good for a date experience. All in all needs some improvement if your gonna be a high price restaurant.

The food was amazing and the staff were great. I had the ribeye, and my niece had the kc strip. She said it was the best steak she had ever had. I will be going back. The sides are so good, too.

One night in Springfield - wow! We chose well; the food was amazing. Perfectly done delmonico, fried mushroom app, crisp and cold wedge, and mouthwatering popovers. While we loved the food, the star of the experience was Roxy, our server. Welcoming, helpful, just the right level of friendliness. Excellent suggestions, and one of the happiest servers ever. We are fans! Just go to Flame. Just go.
