Worst service I've ever received, Ive been waiting for food for 30 minutes, we have asked what is going on only for them to say the have a trainee and it will be awhile, if you have a trainee one person needs to be training them and everyone else even the manager should be on the grill. Our food was cold and I paid $50 for the meal, left feeling like we were ripped off because we threw all the food away, our kids wouldn't even eat their food that's how bad it was. When I finally left at least 5 other people were standing there waiting for their food.

The food had no real taste..it looked delicious. It even my husband noticed, the burgers had no flavor. Might explain why the parking lot was empty. The fries were good.

Went there with a group of friends and had a terrible experience. Burgers took 30 mintues for to go orders. Burger was super salty, had too many onions, they were essentially raw and were double the thickness of the pitifully undercooked burger. Ordered two strawberry cheesecake concretes, waited half an hour for them and they didn't even have any cheesecake or cherries. Finally got replacements for the concretes (which were mid) and found hair in one of them. Burgers were sloppily thrown together and looked like the creation of a 5 year old experimenting with playdoh. Staff ignored me when I called to them to ask about our food, took multiple tries before I was even able to get somebody to notice me. Staff serving my food were extremely awkward when calling out our order numbers and handing food over, and just seemed very immature, fake, and made me feel uncomfortable. Overall they didnt even really seem to care about their customers, they didnt even put a straw in any of our ice cream concretes or put napkins in the bag. Worst part was when we exited with our lukewarm food that we had to go, we saw a small pool of what appeared to be pale blood on the ground, though we couldn't really tell in the dim lighting. We were done with our visit anyways and weren't sticking around to find out. Half of us that ate food had terrible heartburn and stomachaches shortly after leaving. Never coming back ever again, save your money and go to quite literally any other fast food joint around.

They have not been consistent with their fries. One time they were burnt next time tasted greasy and not seasoned. Burgers are usually good.
