Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Always a great place to eat until today when I ordered food for me and my 2 kids for dine in and received fry’s with hair in it. Unfortunately all the manager wanted was to remake the fry’s but honestly what would that have solved no one had any kind of ppe on to prevent hair ending up in food honestly disgusting I use to love Freddy’s food but I don’t support a company that dose not try to prevent this kind of stuff

Thank you to the sweet girl who recommended I try the onion rings w honey mustard! It was seriously so phenomenal. & she also gave me the smokey fry sauce without asking because she thought I should try that too. You made my night! Thank you!

Went through the drive thru. 1st time I tried it and it was really good. As far as price, fast food is the same and sometimes more that a sit down restaurant. Same for this place. If your gonna eat fast food anyway, it's a good choice.

Ordered in the drive thru finally get to the window and they tell us they don’t have the prime rib for my sandwich. So I make a new order crispy chicken sandwich with cheese curds and ranch. Sat at the window for a good 10-15 minutes because they didn’t have my burger then they messed up my order further and we’re making my cheese curds finally. As we’re waiting we can see at least 6 employees walking around talking having a great time while I’m waiting on my food. Get my food my sandwich is half cold my cheese curds are scattered at the bottom of the bag. An I had to go in for ranch. Worst experience I have ever had at Freddy’s which was one of my favorite places to eat.

great service, and great place to be, except when Ralph Freeze is in there making a fool of himself

The Jalapeño Bacon Smashed Burger was fresh & delicious.
The Spicy Crispy Chicken Club was average. And a little salty.
Onions Rings were good, fresh, but bag was only half to 3/4 full.
Unsweetened Ice Tea is fresh and delicious.
Drive Thru service a little slow at lunchtime.

Stopped in here for the first time in the drive-thru. Got chili dogs. They never gave us any silverware sick joke....It made for an awkward lunch. Not impressed. Chili dogs weren't good either...
