Cool low key place. Everyone liked the food. But what killed it for me was I ask for extra ranch and was charged for the tiniest cup. Ive never been charged for a condiment. So I would go back but I wont have another salad.

Just had a great dinner there. The wings are the best anywhere. My server Shelby was awesome. She made sure everything was just the way I asked, and sorry but I’m picky. Shelby really cares about her customers.

I have been coming to this place for YEARS , AND TONIGHT. I had the pleasure of having SHELBY AS MY server, she was anything but that. 1st time I have ever been bold faced lied to about how an entree comes out. The 1st impression she gave me was that we were an inconvenience to her as she was busy with the outside party. She walked past us many times before taking our drink orders.
I have no idea where the owners where TONIGHT but they clearly where not there. The Bartender was helpful on taking my credit card.
Hot food is severed together ( salmon and fries) Cold food is served by itself. ( salad)
This was the WORST EXPERIENCE AT THIS RESTAURANT EVER. OWNERS SHE IS ALSO A LIAR.

My server was Shelbi when ordering my food I let her know I didn’t want any onions or pickles. She said okay. My food came out and the only thing on my plate is onions and pickles. Vinegar make me break out in hives. The vinegar got on my chicken patty and my bread. I asked if they could by chance remake it. She was hesitant at first but came out 3 minutes later with the same chicken patty but just on a different bread they never actually remake my food. I didn’t eat my food and tell got charged for it even when I told the manager they just said oh okay I’ll look into it and that was it. Very disappointed that a restaurant would just put the same party just on a different bread and make it seem like they remade your food.

My daughter found this out-of-the-way gem with her college friends, so we had to try it for MSU Family Weekend. She was right - great food, great service! We arrived 10 mins before the kitchen closed, but not a problem. All our food - burgers, hot ham and cheese. pork tenderloin, battered fries - was great, but the tuna steak was AMAZING!! A nice surprise!

This place has one of the best hamburgers that I have eaten in a very long time in the City of Springfield. Great atmosphere, great beer selection and the beer battered fries are amazing

I called ahead for a party of 8, we were hoping for outdoor seating but it was full, so we were seated immediately inside. Biggest complaint was it took over an hour to receive our food from the time the order was put in. We watched others come in after us, be seated get their food eat and left before our group got ours. Our waitress was great and polite

The food was great, it was busy but I was acknowledged quickly and told very nicely that they would be with me in just a moment to get me on the wait list. It was a short wait for a table, service was quick for drinks, food took a bit longer but it was busy. The food was delicious.
