Goodcents, and this location in particular, is my go to sub shop. Its my favorite Italian since starting college in the 90s. Today I wanted to get an early start on Super Bowl Sunday and every page I could find said they were open at 10. Google, Facebook, Yelp and even their individual corporate page agreed that it was 10 instead of 11, but evidently no one told the manager or employees. I rolled up at 10:25 to find a couple employees working but doors locked. 3 other cars arrived and left because they weren't open. When the doors opened at 11, meat and toppings were still being prepped. I nearly walked out, but you know, hunger. My bread was stale, a first for this location. Normally a 9/10, but today 7/10, will still eat again.

Mr Goodcents...I just saw a commercial of Subway giving churros. Subway cannot do a thing to match your sandwiches. I have a brain injury and my husband works double shifts several times a week. There is nothing better than a sub from you. Subway is a joke.

I walked into the store…and I guess cause I was black, I was assumed to be a door dasher, and when I told the worker I wasn’t he Said he couldn’t tell…racist much? I didn’t get the guys name but are those the type of people mr goodcents employees? Regardless I won’t ever back to the national location and the manager on duty didn’t even offer an apology…and the young lady working who’s the only one who showed any kindness by giving me a discount.

We now are totally in love with these subs. We don't eat subs from anywhere else now. We also enjoy the rewards program.
Miss having fresh in Joplin, subway is not the same, wish there was one in joplin, simple 5 stars above the rest.

I wanted to eat here but they don't offer any of their sandwiches as a lettuce wrap. Sure would be nice if they did for those of us that are allergic to wheat.

Disappointing. Sandwich was dry. Hunks of the bottom of the lettuce head thar should be tossed. Both team members seemed bothered that I was there. About 1030 Friday.
