Walked in, was not greet. Stood there for 5 minutes waiting while they worked on to go orders for what must have been a call in or online order because no one else was in line. Finally gave up and walked out.

I’m giving it 1 star because I have to. I have never been treated so rudely in all my 50ish years of living. I could tell when we walked in that the guy had an attitude because they had 15 minutes to close. I had to ask for more toppings because he was in such a hurry to make my sandwich that he barely put anything on there. Next time I get a craving for a sandwich I’ll definitely go elsewhere. So disappointing

This was the first time ever at this place. It was busy and when my son and I walked in, we were never greeted. The lady that was behind the counter never once said anything to us, she just kept staring at us. We walked up closer to the counter because I figured after standing there for a few minutes we were probably ready to order. I told her my son‘s sandwich order. She looked at me and said “what is your bread?” I told her what bread he wanted and then she said “is that it?” I had my sandwich to order still so I told her everything that I wanted on my sandwich and she said nothing else to me. The next guy asked what all we would like on our sandwiches. They were good sandwiches very fresh tasting. The only problems that I had was that no tables were cleaned off but it seems that 4 people were working with 2 of them standing around and no one even tried to greet us. The Second Lady did come and partially check us out and left before I had to tap my card to pay. I think more pleasant communication would have been nice even if I did have to wiper off my own table. After sitting and eating our sandwiches we did notices that the First Lady seemed to know some of the customers and she would speak and laugh with them. But it appeared she didn’t know the person, she didn’t talk.

The lunch rush is kind of busy. The food and atmosphere is similar to Subway, but the staff are nicer.

Best sandwich in town.

I give this place one star because I threw my food away. It was so bad. The bread from the sandwich was flat and floppy. The soup tasted like it was made with water instead of cream or milk. Won’t be back.

Nice place. Get rid of those silly plexiglass shields so you don’t have you yell and create a more friendly atmosphere. Let COVID die!
