Worst customer service in the mall.
You’re better off going somewhere else
I’ve been twice in the last 30 days. Both times encountered some of the rudest employees in the mall. They’re disrespectful, refuse to help and ignore unless you bluntly say you’re needing something. (And no they were not short staffed. Both times no one in line or waiting and 3-4 employees standing around)
The cookies were delicious! I LOVE snickerdoodle cookies. You're paying artisinal prices for each cookie, but you can TELL from taste alone these are quality. I spent 15 bucks for 6 cookies, which is steep - but I would still suggest it to anyone who loves cookies. Go buy a snickerdoodle and treat yourself
Kerrice was awesome
I bought 5 cookies and 1 was free. 4 of them where stale and didnt taste fresh. Thought they should be a day fresh. Taste like it was dryer out. What 2 was soft was good. Favor was fine for the cookies but just taste a few days old.

Big props to the crew at Great American Cookie Company. I put the date of my order in wrong but they made it happen and the cookie cake was not only cool looking but taste great. MIZ!
My daughter and son love these cookie cakes. Even though they are in college, they still request them for their birthdays. It’s embarrassing how much they love them.

I ordered the cookie cake and just picked it up. It's decorations was nice but the cookie itself looked unbaked and tasted raw. I'm very disappointed. This was a yearly purchase. Sorry to say I won't be ordering again.
