Big props to the crew at Great American Cookie Company. I put the date of my order in wrong but they made it happen and the cookie cake was not only cool looking but taste great. MIZ!
My daughter and son love these cookie cakes. Even though they are in college, they still request them for their birthdays. It’s embarrassing how much they love them.

I ordered the cookie cake and just picked it up. It's decorations was nice but the cookie itself looked unbaked and tasted raw. I'm very disappointed. This was a yearly purchase. Sorry to say I won't be ordering again.

I live in Europe now, but a friend of mine living in the area of this cookie place was having a bad day, so I sent him a box. Immediately upon placing the order I began to receive scam emails and adverts from a slew of sketchy companies. I haven't ordered something from the USA in years, so I know it was this transaction that lead to all the spam and scam.This place will sell your data instantly, I think this is unethical.

Normally I don’t leave reviews, and as someone whose worked food/ retail I totally understand it being busy. But I waited in line and multiple people stepped in front of me and the employees wouldn’t acknowledge me at any given point even when I tried to order.
Excellent cookies but extremely overpriced!
Cookies are amazing. Shop is starting to look neglected and in need of care and cleaning. Staff is usually young and manager I encountered didn't seem to be a great trainer.
Frank was awesome!! I put in an order for a cookie cake and he had it ready so fast with exactly what I needed!! Absolutely love this place!
