I ordered the cookie cake and just picked it up. It's decorations was nice but the cookie itself looked unbaked and tasted raw. I'm very disappointed. This was a yearly purchase. Sorry to say I won't be ordering again.

I live in Europe now, but a friend of mine living in the area of this cookie place was having a bad day, so I sent him a box. Immediately upon placing the order I began to receive scam emails and adverts from a slew of sketchy companies. I haven't ordered something from the USA in years, so I know it was this transaction that lead to all the spam and scam.This place will sell your data instantly, I think this is unethical.

The manager is a racist & wont hire minorities. I applied before & he told me he was "too busy" to train me even though I worked at a location before. He has the worst attitude & is a very mean person. He had a "we are hiring" sign up for years & wouldn't hire anybody of color but claimed they needed staff. When he got called out about it from a google review he immediately hired an all white staff & took the sign down. Tried to play me about my experience over baking cookies when I literally cook everyday at home. Baking cookies isn't rocket science. But apparently accepting somebody who isn't the same race as you is (at least for him).

Normally I don’t leave reviews, and as someone whose worked food/ retail I totally understand it being busy. But I waited in line and multiple people stepped in front of me and the employees wouldn’t acknowledge me at any given point even when I tried to order.

Last time here, service was bad. Today, service was better but the white frosting was bad. Definitely rancid, tasted like plastic. Possibly out of date. I took a bite and regurgitated it in my napkin. My wife sampled it and said it was not right. It even smelled off. They offered a refund or another cookie, which was nice. Then, they had to mouth off and say they'd had no other complaints. I replied that they needed to smell and taste their white frosting, then throw away everything out with white frosting. They turned around and started doing something else. Really? A customer who has been coming here for years says something does not taste right? Ughhh this is a food item.
Cookies are amazing. Shop is starting to look neglected and in need of care and cleaning. Staff is usually young and manager I encountered didn't seem to be a great trainer.

These cookies were beyond stale! I paid $8 for a double doozie and a colossal cookie. I understand those are premium cookies, and honestly I wouldn't mind paying the price for fresh cookies! These were rock hard.
