We had a really bad issue with doordash. I ended up having to go to Greek belly. They let me pick up the food and helped us out!!!! I will be going IN PERSON from now on!!! Amazing customer service!! Amazing people!!! Shoutout to Kaitlyn and I didn't get the second woman's name but she gave manager energy and she was wonderful. 10/10 I cannot sing their praises enough!!!

I love going to Greek belly. They have good vegetarian, gf, and vegan options. They have the best falafel I've had so far.
Their stuffed grape leaves are never great when I order them for some reason (way too small, like the size of half my thumb and I have small hands, or they are over cooked and spiced wrong), but family always seem to get good batches. So that is my only issue here.
I highly recommend coming here.

We all three got gyros, and they were all really good! It's a small space, but it's really cozy and charming and the staff is awesome! We are definitely coming back next time we are in Springfield.

I could not have been more thrilled having Greek Belly cater my wedding back in October!! The communication and service was incredible and truly thoughtful. We added hors d’oeuvres to be passed during our cocktail hour and they were absolutely delicious. Couldn’t have been more happy. My husband and I live in NY and would come back to Springfield and put our trust in this establishment again and again. 10/10

Horrible service! Me and my kid just got out the hospital. So we stopped to get us some food. I also had my husband and daughter here. I ordered the Kraken…I had it twice already. I didn’t like the pork so much. So I asked to replace the pork with beef and chicken. ITS SO LOUD IN HERE! And I’m already hard of hearing. She said that she repeated the order back. ITS LOUD, and my daughter is spilling water so I’m not listening. So she brought our food. The fries were already cold. I asked can she replace with fresh fries. She brought out more cold fries. My pita didn’t come with chicken, it had two pieces of beef. So I asked her can they remake it. It’s all cold! She took my food…and came back and said they can NOT remake my food. They will charge me to remake. I asked if I can speak with a manager. She never came. The server comes back and say they will remake it for me and take the meal off. So I get my check and it shows the Pita is still on there. When she just said they will take it off. Ridiculous service! And I won’t be back. I come here a lot so I know what to expect.

Got a togo order that was missing items. Asked for a refund as we live across town. They took my info to forward to management, and told me they would call back that day. Never got a call back after a few days. Probably won’t be ordering again if that’s how they handle their mistakes

First time visiting Greek Belly, highly recommend! Our server was wonderful, restaurant is cute, and the food was fantastic! Tried the Atlantis Gyro and the flavor combo was perfection. Spicy, sweet, savory…all the things you want in a well rounded entree. Fries were crispy, well seasoned and delicious.
