I am a school bus driver that's closing in on a story book ending of 25 year's of driving I stop into Hardee's to try the maple bacon combo when I notice a gentleman coming in the dining area asking if there where hiring as busy Joe was he took time to talk to the gentleman during rush hour. Not only the food was great but it was the friendly atmosphere in Springfield Missouri Hardee's that Joe gave to the gentleman and gave him a application and promised a interview the next day. anytime when I am out here Joe will get my business and thanks to the young lady for insuring me my bus will be fine on the lot.

My biscuit was doughy inside, crumbly outside and my hashrounds were cold. Im not sure the biscuit maker even knows what a biscuit is. I wanted to order a biscuit and gravey with a sausage egg gravy biscuit from the 2 for $5 menue but wasnt allowed. When i asked why I was told "because they are from 2 different 2 for $5 menues." That is some seriously messed up idea there, and this came from the manager.

LAZY!!!!!!!! I want my money back . Why did I spend 27 dollars just to have to go home and reheat my food and I asked for straight fries but I guess they was to lazy and gave me cold nasty curly fries. That whole crew is lazy I’ve been there so many time and never been this bad. I never asked for no special sauce on my burger. Me nor my husband food was hot it’s was all cold I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!! Lazy Lazy Lazy Lazy!!!!!!!!!!!

I want to recognize Joe as he has always been friendly and uplifting to his staff and to customers. Even when it's so busy, he maintains positivity. You don't see this very often. You are blessed to have him! I also want to comment that it is hard to find good fresh biscuits anymore. Everywhere else I go, they taste and look like they were leftover and reheated a few times. Thanks for having made-from-scratch biscuits!!! If there is anything you could improve on is having the creamer available at the drink station. I like lots of creamer and I hate having to ask for more. 😀

We stopped by to grab a bite while on the road. Joe, who took our order, was very friendly and polite and a super cool dude. The food was good and the lobby and restrooms were clean as well.
Drive thru employee Joe is worth going to this location. A cheerful and friendly person brightens anyone's day. Breakfast biscuits were all delicious. The order was correct and came out quick!

It took 40 minutes to recieve my order which was soggy and disgusting. The crew appeared to be busy with a drug deal inside and had no care about us or our order.

Great food but they can never seem to open on time. Customers shouldn’t have to wait over 10 minutes waiting for a place to open on time especially those of us who are first responders and can’t around so long.

Paid for a big hot ham and cheese, receipt even says so - given the original. Unfortunate. The night crew does way better and they're nicer. They got me for about $3 today. Make sure you check your order before leaving the drive-thru.
