I ordered a Famous Star with no ketchup or tomato. Guy in the drive thru tells me it doesn't come with ketchup. I take my first bite and there is ketchup all over this. I am extremely allergic to tomatoes and had to spit this out and throw away my whole lunch. You guys really need to listen to your customers and know your products.

I waited 15 mins in the drive thru just to be able to order. I ordered a chicken sandwich and they gave me a burger. I’m allergic to beef. I called the store and the guy was so rude to me and hung up on me. Also, my shoes stuck to the floor. Over all gross. Don’t eat here. You’ll be disappointed.

I stopped in this location on two consecutive weeks. Both times, the lobby was filled with fryer smoke. I'd say the vent hood filter is clogged with grease and no longer venting outside. The counter help was a bit slow, and dismissive on each visit. The coffee carafe was empty and when I advised the counterman, no action was taken. A quick check of the restroom revealed a toilet smeared with feces, and an overall lack of cleaning. I write dozens of reviews annually, and negative reviews are never pleasant to submit; but in the interest of public service, these reports must be published to keep the dining public apprised of restaurants that lack basic hygiene and disinterested staff.

Spent 28.00 on one meal hot ham n cheese combo, bacon cheeseburger combo,my mom spent 14.00 on hers hot ham n cheese combo.All our food was cold, it was like it wasn't even cooked. Wasted money.. sad .. we was traveling and couldn't turn back around and go fix it.

We went there for breakfast and it was okay I got the omelette biscuit of course the biscuit was wonderful as usualParking: Springfield the one on Battlefield and I don't have any spots through severalKid-friendliness: My kid doesn't like going to Hardee'sWheelchair accessibility: There was a nice flat area I just a little area a lot of big area so if you had a huge wheelchair you would have no problem getting into the lobby cuz once you got through the doors there was another area they didn't have another door to just wide open good for wheelchairs and old people to get through
