Rude hostess/ waitress that let us know the kitchen was closing in 20 min. We got it to go and decided to eat in the car. Two steak hibachi , it was almost not edible. We asked for medium rare and rare, the steak was over cooked and had no flavor. Rice was cold. Not worth $36. My issue is next day when I went in to talk to them about it, the same woman instantly goes into defense mode that I was wrong and she isn’t sure what she can do to help, argued with everything I said. We got half of it refunded. DO NOT GO HERE. you are in the wrong business if you think that arguing and having yelling matches with a customer is appropriate. I’ve worked my whole life in food business. ❌❌❌ if she would of just apologized and refunded the money, it would of been squashed now I will use my voice

Nice family owned place. Staff always friendly. Never a problem getting a table. Food is always hot and fresh. Also has a nice selection of sushi. We got fairly often. I prefer the quiet normal dining experience of Habaxi S&S over other places that cook your food at the table and where you are often seated with strangers.

One of our go-to’s for hibachi in Springfield. Great family owned and operated business. Great portion sizes for the price. We have never left unhappy or hungry!

My wife and I come here regularly. This is a very hard working family run restaurant and they take a lot of pride in their work. We have never once had a bad night or menu option here. Very fair prices for the quantity and quality of food.

Japanese don't use spaghetti noodles for their chow main
There were no vegetables at all
The soup was just broth.
Chicken was dry
They didn't even fill up the Togo container with my order it was not worth 16.50 no way very disappointed. Nothing about that food was Japanese

Amazing food, the service was outstanding food was server very quickly and tasted wonderful, I ordered Shumai and the sauce was the best I ever had, then ordered Steak and Chicken and came very well served and tasted amazing!
Has become my go to for Asian food!

We live this place! Authentic, delicious and great atmosphere. Lots of food for the prices. They make sushi fresh. Five stars!!

Had a great server. She interacted well with our group. The place was clean and had a good atmosphere. The habachi was good, not great. The sushi was disappointing and left more to be desired.

The waitresses were too busy fighting with each other. A couple walked in before my husband and I. When I was paying our bill I had to tell the waitress that the couple had been waiting longer then I had to order. Awful prices for the quality of food.

The customer service was absolutely amazing and the food took so little time to make because me and my mom got it so fast.the food was so good and smelled amazing.but really the food ,workers , and the whole restaurant in general was amazing

Service was not slow but not friendly. Food was not so good. Pretty sure the noodles had been out for a few days. First time to not finish at a Japanese steakhouse. Much better places to eat.
