Japanese don't use spaghetti noodles for their chow main
There were no vegetables at all
The soup was just broth.
Chicken was dry
They didn't even fill up the Togo container with my order it was not worth 16.50 no way very disappointed. Nothing about that food was Japanese

Amazing food, the service was outstanding food was server very quickly and tasted wonderful, I ordered Shumai and the sauce was the best I ever had, then ordered Steak and Chicken and came very well served and tasted amazing!
Has become my go to for Asian food!

We live this place! Authentic, delicious and great atmosphere. Lots of food for the prices. They make sushi fresh. Five stars!!

Had a great server. She interacted well with our group. The place was clean and had a good atmosphere. The habachi was good, not great. The sushi was disappointing and left more to be desired.

The waitresses were too busy fighting with each other. A couple walked in before my husband and I. When I was paying our bill I had to tell the waitress that the couple had been waiting longer then I had to order. Awful prices for the quality of food.

The customer service was absolutely amazing and the food took so little time to make because me and my mom got it so fast.the food was so good and smelled amazing.but really the food ,workers , and the whole restaurant in general was amazing

Service was not slow but not friendly. Food was not so good. Pretty sure the noodles had been out for a few days. First time to not finish at a Japanese steakhouse. Much better places to eat.

Hibachi is our absolute FAVORITE place to eat in Springfield! Amazing food and amazing prices. They always remember us and our orders and we appreciate them so much!

It was an awful experience where the service was terrible. The lady behind the counter even didn't make any eye contact but finger pointed in the air when we were asking for to-go menu.. If you are looking for depressing environment to dine in or takeout, this place for sure should be on the list.. good luck.

Food came out fast, receiving our main meal well before sushi. Cheaper than other hibachi, but fried rice was somewhat mushy. Flavor was good.

Came on a Sunday for lunch. Just my husband and I. I got a sushi roll that was pretty good, he got hibachi chicken. The fried rice isn't really "fried rice". Just white rice with soy sauce. He loved the noodles. Chicken was just ok. Waitress didn't act like she wanted to be there. Very abrupt and never smiled or acted like she loved her job. With all of the other options in Springfield, we will try another place next time.

I ordered steak and chicken and received steak and shrimp which wasn’t even very good. To top it off the menu that they keep on the Internet says 17.99 for steak and shrimp, which I didn’t even order in the first place. When I got to the restaurant to pay, they told me 29.99. I told them what the menu says on the Internet and was told that they don’t have control over that and to look at their menu on Facebook. Facebook does not have a menu on it. The food was not good and the price was even worse. I would not recommend this restaurant because they purposely deceive people.

Always delicious ? great family friendly service!! We try and dine with them a few times a month!! Soo good ?
