Holdfast is woman-owned, always friendly, always delicious and always fun! This is a local business that I love to support, their beer is delicious and there is always a food truck parked outside! I’ve been to several events here: jazz nights, the Girl Scout cookie nights and the Fat Tuesday party and have always had an awesome time. Great place to come on a date night or with a group of friends :)
They also partner with Hasbro to test out new games which you can find on a shelf on the wall by the water dispenser!

Beer quality and selection: very good, especially the Poblana Pils. Environment/ambiance: nice place to hang out and jazz night is wonderful. Daily music: 1 out of 5. There is only so much vocal-synthesized female pop I can stand. Other breweries in Springfield have much more listenable music, if you’re in the over-40 crowd.

Wonderful place. We had a very small party to celebrate one of our coworkers leaving. This coworker’s significant other just suddenly became unresponsive and two of the wonderful workers jumped into action and gave more assistance than can be expected from anyone. Aside from that terrific place to visit.

Local joint with great environment and fantastic service. Beer was cold. They had live music on a Tuesday! A Mexican food truck is next to it. I did not try the food, so I cannot review it. Definitely returning!
