I am originally from Chicago and this is the worst Chinese food I have ever had in my life. I have given this place at least 4-6 chances in the 14 years I have lived here and I always take a couple of bites and throw it away. Never ever again.

Straight garbage today rice was dry, chicken was hard egg role cold guy with glasses that's worked in back of kitchen will not order there anymore have been eating there for about 5 yes and I'm really tired of him and his attitude several people have complained on him nothing ever done . also they hand u tilted bags your sauvy leaks out and he blames it on the customer says it there fault he is a joke no more of several people $$$ that cook is a joke this happened today Sunday 2/ 13/ 2024 we will not recommend or be back and it was only 1 customer eat at the time so it was not busy it was 11:15

Hong Kong is one of my favorite Chinese sit down restaurants in Springfield the food is always hot and fresh and cooked to order the staff is always nice, friendly and helpful when I have questions when im trying a new dish. The restaurant is always clean and no problems finding a clean table. Restrooms are always clean. You can't go wong when you are in the mood for Chinese food and they have more then one location to serve you.. Oh yeah their prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get and they offer a smaller portion as well as a larger portion... Let your appetite be your guideVegetarian options: Chinese food in general offers lots of great vegetablesDietary restrictions: Same as aboveParking: Plenty if free parkingKid-friendliness: Smaller portions for childrenWheelchair accessibility: Very easy to access the restaurant in a wheel chair

We have bought from Hong Kong Inn for over 30 years. The West Kearney Street has been our favorite until today. We bought our usual order, but this time something was very wrong with one of our usual selections. The sauce tasted moldy and I was not able to eat it. This is the same dish I've ordered for years so I know what it's supposed to taste like. My husband called to tell them something was wrong with it and that they might want to check to see if something is bad. They just wanted to argue that there was nothing wrong and did not even offer an apology or a solution concerning the bad food. We will no long patron their restaurant, because of their lack of care for their products and customers service. GOOD BYE HONG KONG INN ON WEST KESRNEY STREET SPFD MO. YOU HAVE LOST LONG TIME CUSTOMERS FOR GOOD.
