Drive thru is very fast. Not much wait time even with 4 cars ahead of me.

Love Hong Kong on Sunshine.Always a great experience .Cleanest Chinese restaurant I’ve ever visited.You want great Chinese in Springfield , don’t hesitate to stop here.

Food was utterly flavorless. Cashew sauce was chicken stock, cornstarch, and msg. General sauce was exactly the same. Beef lo mein also soupy and flavorless. Food tasted better than this when I had COVID.

Only one vegetarian entree, fried rice (also flavorless). Employee suggested gluten free chicken as a vegetarian option, so...no.

Four of us, nobody has interest in returning.

Yeah, so a friend and I ordered the general chicken and the Mongolian beef combo plates. What we got was chicken tenders with Walmart generals tso sauce poured over the top. Flavorless, colorless rice that'd be appetizing if you had alzheimers and forgot what good food tastes like. There were four pieces of beef in the Mongolian beef but a plate full of vegetables swimming in what can only be called bean flavored sludge. Don't go here. It'll ruin your whole day.

Worst Cashew Chicken in town, in state, in the world, absolutely VILE everytime now, All Hong Kong Inn locations are low quality trash and should not be consumed by humans

Best place in Springfield to eat Chinese food. I said this 8 years ago something has changed the sauce has no flavor and it is possible the worst place in Springfield for Chinese food now ! I recommend the Hong Kong Inn on south Glenstone these days

Very bland food. Also asked for dark meat for both orders. Did not receive it. White meat and rice are tough. The crab Rangoons are delicious though. Since arriving, they've gotten two other tables' orders wrong.

We have always loved coming here. The drive thru makes a convenient stop after work to pick up
Dinner, and the dining in experience is always great. We never have to wait long for either one. The chicken is always hot and crispy and the sauce is thick and rich with flavor. We will continue to be back!

This tasted like a mess up. Was general sauce mixed with cashew sauce. Drive thru was not busy and for twelve dollars definitely not worth it. Should have just returned it. Truly disappointing.

This is not a luxury place but it definitely does its job, clean, efficient, the food is good, decent and also good value, I recommend it with my eyes closed.
