Best place in Springfield to eat Chinese food. I said this 8 years ago something has changed the sauce has no flavor and it is possible the worst place in Springfield for Chinese food now ! I recommend the Hong Kong Inn on south Glenstone these days

Very bland food. Also asked for dark meat for both orders. Did not receive it. White meat and rice are tough. The crab Rangoons are delicious though. Since arriving, they've gotten two other tables' orders wrong.

We have always loved coming here. The drive thru makes a convenient stop after work to pick up
Dinner, and the dining in experience is always great. We never have to wait long for either one. The chicken is always hot and crispy and the sauce is thick and rich with flavor. We will continue to be back!

This tasted like a mess up. Was general sauce mixed with cashew sauce. Drive thru was not busy and for twelve dollars definitely not worth it. Should have just returned it. Truly disappointing.

This is not a luxury place but it definitely does its job, clean, efficient, the food is good, decent and also good value, I recommend it with my eyes closed.

Nice and clean! Good amount of portions. Food was flavorful but the chicken was not fresh. It was very hard. This was my first time trying this place and I will come back to see if I have the same experience.

Best cashew chicken in Springfield Missouri I don't care what anybody else says. Please try it out and form your own opinion before reading other reviews. But trust me you won't regret it LOL Hands down only place that I've consistently went to since I was a child and I'm 40 now it never gets old. Always great prices and cooked to perfection. Plus it's way cheaper than any other place I've been to for my son who likes a different Chinese restaurant. Now that I've had my son taste the cashew chicken from Hong Kong Inn, It's his favorite place as well now

Parking: A lot more spots then a lot of restaurants that is close to the door

Kid-friendliness: They're so nice to the kids and the kids menu is amazing

Wheelchair accessibility: I've taken my aunt here inside and it was extremely easy to get her wheelchair in there without no issues and if there is an issue they will come out and help

Food has gone down hill in recent years. But the staff and management are rude. Customer service is non-existent. I will never eat here again nor, recommend anyone to go there.

In the past I used to recommend this restaurant to everyone for years. But in the last year it has gone downhill. Considerably, and I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Food quality is very poor service is mediocre at best And the owner is rude and crude. I called to talk with them personally I got the owner on the phone started to tell her what happened the night before, and she said quote "I didn't work last" then hung up on me with no other explanation. If you don't care about your customers than I don't care to go to your business!!!!! So based on that alone I can not recommend this restaurant. Not to say the BAD food and just okay service. I will not go back!
