The food was really good and the staff was really friendly. The inside look of the restaurant was decent but the outside is OUT OF DATE. We pulled up outside and almost left. The paint is faded, the wooden wall panels are coming loose, and it wasn't for the cars in the parking lot I would have guessed it was closed down. Other than the building everything was good and I would go back.

Our waitress was always smiling and cheerful, really seemed happy to be there. Checked on us just the right amount of times. Atmosphere was good and the food was truly awesome! This was my first time and they definitely made an impression!

Omg, Hooters has the best wings in Springfield, Wingstop or all them others ?️. Hooter's employee's are professional and sweet. Best atmosphere to eat in. If you have to order pick up, request the time your ready to pick up and your order will be correct everytime. I would suggest 75 Wings 50/50 bundle. 2 flavors. You can't go wrong with all drums, breaded with medium and hot. Absolutely delicious.

The good: they were able to seat 8 of us immediately ( we expected to wait) and the fried pickles.The bad: everything else.It was 25 degrees outside and they had the AC blasting. I know this because we were sitting under a vent. The waitress would completely ignore our table and we could see her just standing around talking. Also, maybe don't ignore the women at the table. We had 4 men with their wives and girlfriends. The women in out group were not only the ones trying to keep the men from throwing a fit but we paid the bill and tip. Most of our food was cold when it finally made it to the table. I swear they changed their bbq sauce because the one now isn't very good. The wings weren't good at all. I shouldn't have made fun of my brother in law for wanting to order a burger. It would have to be a better option.I've always had great experiences at Hooters in the past. Unfortunately this time ruined the possibility of any of us returning.

Traditional bone in wings with spicy honey bbqAtlantic cod with curly friesThe wings were perfect... the sauce had a sweet molasses taste from the bbq and every single wing had been evenly tossed. The breading from the batter was just right. It had that perfect crunch. Highly recommend.Now brings the fish and chips. The fish itself was cooked to a golden perfection. Evenly battered and not all clumped up. The flesh was flaky and melted right in your mouth. Best fish I've had so far. Better than red robin. The fries with the meal weren't the best. Tasted bland and had little to no seasoning. Other than that fish and chips was a good entree.the waitress. Ms. Payton was a sweet heart. Extremely professional. She kept coming to the table making sure if we liked our food. Kept asking if we needed refills. I'm very pleased with her service.Thank you for the outstanding service and the great food. And I will most definitely be back.
