A very disappointing experience. I had been wanting to go here since they've opened but never had the chance, until the other night. The establishment had plenty of TV's which made going on a day to watch football desirable. Our server was nice but very untrained- or lacks experience. No silverware, no napkins. Not familiar with the menu but did know what they were out of.Out of cauliflower wings. Ordered the sampler appetizer and they were out of fried green tomatoes - we were able to replace it with something on their premium side item list which really makes no sense, The point of appetizers are to be shareable, most of the premium sides are dishes that are enjoyed with utensils, not sure how that's a good "shareable".Ordered 2 lbs of wings which were literally 12 chicken wings. The wings are breaded which is fine, and the sauce was very good. But the chicken wings themselves were very fatty.Cheap chicken wings are fatty. All in all, there are many places to get fried chicken in Springfield, nothing is special about this place and personally for me no reason to return.

Their chicken is so good! You can get the spice at whatever level you are comfortable with. The chicken is always juicy and cooked very well. The pasta was what I had this visit, and it was very good!

Love their Spicy Cashew Chicken.

Great fried chicken! I'm picky with my fried chicken, but there's was awesome. Crispy and juicy. The sides were delicious. Even fried green tomatoes! Crispy and delicious, and the comeback sauce for the tomatoes was excellent. I'll definitely be back!

Ordered catfish meal. The catfish was so dry. Hushpuppies were too hard. Mac n cheese was dry. Seemed like Everything was overcooked. My husband ordered their chicken tenders and they were over cooked and tough. I was not impressed. Really liked them when they were on E. Sunshine, but since they moved to Campbell, their food was not great. Never had such terrible catfish. If you want great catfish go to Flatcreek.

Great food & great people! Ulysses, Meg, Matt, & the owner Mike made me feel like family while on a business trip from the East coast. I highly recommend Hot Cluckers. The staff and food met and exceeded all of my expectations. You should & please tell your friends to visit Hot Cluckers ASAP! P.S Go Celtics!

40 minutes for two chicken tender dinners....this place is ridiculously slow! It's just chicken, why? Atmosphere is awful, service was awful, NEVER GOING BACK! If I could give 0 stars I would!

Service was terrible. I walked in and stood at the front desk, an employee looked at me and walked away, few moments later another employee finally asks me if I need help. I had an online order and the employee told me they were still working on and then disappeared for over 10 minutes with no updates or anything. The next time I see him I ask for an update and he comes back with my food, only to still be missing 2 combos and all the sauces that were paid for. I mention it and he leaves again brings back the 2 missing combos and 4 sauces. There were 6 combos and we paid extra for a few more, so I request more sauce. He acted so over the fact that I he still had to help me. I didn't have my entire order until 20 minutes after the estimated time it was supposed to be done. Starting to think your business went way down hill since moving.

We grabbed dinner here and we're not disappointed! Not too busy, excellent playlist, and tasty chicken dinners. We each had the large chicken tender meal and side and enjoyed how juicy they were. Gently breaded and not overcooked!

The food is good but everytime I go the portions get way smaller and it’s very obvious. I got an extra side along with my 11 dollar tacos. You used to get 3 tacos and now you only get 2. ON TOP OF IT ALL. THEY CHARGE 3.25 FOR COKE?! The Mac and cheese is 4.50 for a side and the portion is no bigger than a Dixie cup I swear.

We just left Hot Cluckers on South Campbell Sunday evening at 6:20, we didn't have a good experience. We were taken back to a table quickly, we had to walk on the floors that were just mopped and they were super slick, had to hang on to a chair so as not to slip and fall. Then they had to wipe off the table before sitting down. There were many other tables/booths available that were clean/dry so not quite understanding why we had to walk through slick wet floors to a dirty table. We ordered drinks and instead of a Chardonnay he brought a Merlot, we know a Chardonnay was ordered. When ordering food they were out of okra which was really wanted. We waited and waited for food, the waiter came back and said he didn't put in our order and it would be ready in about 15 minutes. The table of three that sat next to us after we got there had ordered, eaten and were leaving and we still had no food. He said the wings were done but wasn't bringing them, we said to bring them. Wings were to come with celery but he said they were out. Later he came by with 4 celery sticks. About 25 minutes later our chicken arrived. We had been there an hour and a half, seemed longer! He went to get our check but didn't return for quite some time. These things all seem little and are but when they all happen at one setting it gets pretty annoying. Keep in mind we have been here many times which have all been takeout with good results. The inside service is not great!

We ordered the chicken nachos and it was the most sorry plate of nachos I’ve ever seen. The chicken tasted microwaved. There was very little cheese sauce. There was a huge dollop of sour cream on the chips, and we had to ask the waitress for the salsa and guacamole it said it came with.

We had an absolutely amazing server. She was very friendly, was able to answer any question and helped as much as she could. However, the food was very lack luster and the chicken was MEH. It's never a good sign when the best tasting thing on the table is the soda.

Probably the only place open sunday til 11 (that isn't trash). Ordered to go about 10:25, was ready around 10:40 and was hot. A lot of times right before close restaurants give minimal effort. First time coming here and I'll be back
