Not a bad place at all just not as excited about it as I use to be it seems like it's got just a bit less enthusiasm from employees and customers and more expensive

very fun, great if you love customizing your dishes, servers are all friendly and helpful. the only drawback is that if you want a more saucy dish, you need to add a LOT of scoops of it, it could be useful if they tell you how much you add will show up after the grill.
otherwise, very good, you can make basically whatever you want, it's a chill and nice environment. does not connect directly into the mall but very easy to just go out and right back in.
Vegetarian options: you add whatever you want in a buffet style line and you can have just noodle/rice and veggies and other. can also be made vegan
Kid-friendliness: occasionally they have a guy come in and do balloon animals for kids, and they have a kids menu
Wheelchair accessibility: my mother is in an electric joystick chair and she had very minimal issues. The door is heavy, so you will probably need help opening if you are here in a chair on your own, but the staff are pretty friendly

Food was great, but had to wait for a table at 6:30 on a Wednesday night with the dining room a 1/4 full. They are very understaffed, but the food and service was great.

No eggs I guess prices go up and they cut one of the cheaper things to add

To really enjoy different flavors, you have to go back through the line. There is no good way to sample the sauces.

Nothing like eating raw food. Been here a million time and this time was the last.
When here with the group of 20 so the setting was good for that however, the food quality seemed somewhat subpar. I would probably go back but I wouldn’t recommend it to someone
Great fix-your-own location.

We ate here yesterday and as always the food was delicious. Shout out to our waiter Jason, the chef cooking our food, and the gentleman who greeted us when we came in- y’all were so nice and your positive attitudes and kindness really made our day. Thank you so much for the great experience!

The food is always pretty good, but the service is always terrible. We ask for a high chair for my granddaughter and the waitress said she would get it, but wondered around in circles and never got one, my daughter had to do it herself. Terrible!

It was my birthday place and it was delicious! I ate SO MUCH!
Vegetarian options: Tofu and tons of veggies
Dietary restrictions: My mom is allergic to fish and they do great separating the food.
Kid-friendliness: My kid loved it, especially because she could get her chicken tenders.
