HuHot Mongolian Grill

None of the sauces had much flavor. The people cooking the food had the temperature way too low so meat got tough and it took a long time just to get the food. Not sure we'll ever come back

The food is awesome! Even though it was very busy, the two guys cooking did a great job keeping up. They have a huge selections of meat and veggies, with sauces for ever taste.

Putting one star because i cant put zero. service was terrible. dont get me wrong i love hu hot. hu hot is my favorite place to eat. we had jason as our server. he stunk and looked like he didnt know how to properly maintain his hygiene. it threw me off and grossed me out. one of the staff told us that the grill fee would be 14.99 and it came out to 18.99. ridiculous. the food and service was not worth over $100 for 4 people. i understand that hu hot is a corporate business and one location cant control the prices but this location needs to learn to be truthful and learn how to properly treat customers plus their hygiene. took 20 minutes to get two more forks when only two were given to us at the beginning for 4 guests. took 15 minutes to get refills. took 20 minutes to get sat when over 3/4 of the building was empty. this is the worst experience i have ever had especially at a hu hot. also if corporate can see this post, please provide your employees with benefits (dental especially) and make sure they have running water and soap at home. as well as tooth brushes. Also please provide the cooks with beard nets. i had a beard hair IN MY FOOD

Always an enjoyable place to eat. We have eaten here several times as a family and everyone can find something they enjoy. Make sure you have plenty of time though, as the line can get quite long for them to cook your food.

We had to sit in the back. I was kinda tight back there. Tables were really close, but it was a weekend and very busy. Food was excellent, service was excellent. We will be going back tomorrow. It's a Tuesday. Maybe not so busy. We travel just to go. It's about an hour from where we live.

Edit: Came back after 7 years to see if the experience was different but unfortunately it was worse. My food was cold and undercooked both times I went up to grab food. The service was good for what they did but the food was the worst part.

Mongolian bar is freaking delicious you pick your meat and vegetables and the spices of your choice and degree of heat service is excellent very clean wish we lived closer we travel an hour and a hour just to eat there it's that good

Food is subpar at best. I enjoyed my soda that was the saving grace. I don't care about quantity I rather have quality and fresh ingredients. I didn't make it through one plate. I was very disappointed with the selection of the meat.
A lot of cross contamination of food in the in the trays I have been to countless mongolian restaurants who have fresh meat not frozen. But if you enjoy eating alot of food this may be the place for you.

Our server Steve was amazing! Food was delicious and Steve gave a great guide for the restaurant and suggestions too. Best service I've had in a while!
