Amazing… great customer service

I need to hear at least a couple times a month the food is a good value. The staff is always friendly. The only thing that's disconcerting there's always a half a dozen or more tables that are dirty. I looked around but just before I wrote this and there was actually nine tables with food debris on them. 😲

I just wanted 3 chicken strips and a fountain drink. It cost 10.33 and the chicken strips were smaller than average and revolting mush. I don't think that the cooks or anyone did anything wrong. They seemed fresh. They just tasted terrible and had a terrible texture. Like really low quality chicken with no seasoning and a terrible batter recipe. The pineapple cream soda was good and the staff were friendly though. Oh and it's hot in here. They need to turn up the AC.

While Hy-Vee is always very clean and organized there sometimes things that just set it apart from other stores. I went in last week a few days before prom and was panicking to try to find flowers for my daughter for prom and Melissa in the floral department was so amazing and her flowers were so lovely. She put such a lovely bouquet together and at a very reasonable price. it took so much stress off of me and my daughter thought they were lovely.

Do not order the delivery from this store or any other Hy-vee in town. They want to blame those delivery websites for the issue that the store caused. If you can’t handle your own stores deliveries correctly then don’t contract the other companies.

Hy-Vee is doing something right with these wings and fries. Good and affordable ✅️
If you sit in the right spot at the right time. You can indulge in the beautiful sunset!

It is good food in a Supermarket setting. Could have it's own outside doors to distinguish itself as a restaurant which would help make it a destination. Food is varied and good.

They are on the Springfield Cashew Chick trail. Hopefully, it's better at some time. Chicken was dry and like rubber. Also, I hope you like heavy oyster sauce. If not, stay away!!!! All the tables in the seating area were dirty! Not what was expected at all! Low-Vee employees just swept the table off into the floor!

Every table was dirty. Took 45 minutes to make 2 cheeseburgers and fries. Went to pick it up and eat it and the bottom bun was soaked in grease. Ended up getting a refund (didn't get refunded on the tip tho) and went and did my grocery shopping at Harter House.
